Special Containment Procedures: (blank's) location is to be surrounded by 1 layer of 3 meter high electrical fence. One level 1 guard is to be stationed at the front of (blank's) containment area, and is in a to warn any unauthorized civilian that the cave at which (blank) is located at is very dangerous. If the person(s) stay at the containment site, the guard is allowed to use force. Came to foundation attention when a group of explorers vanished in a cave.
Description: (blank) is a lead-colored "puddle", that upon closer inspection, reveals that it is abnormally thin, leaning towards the molecular level in height. It reflects almost no light, but seems to shine nonetheless. The lead color is a dark silver. When matter is removed from (blank), matter removed expires, via dissipating, then more matter falls from above, appearing out of the ceiling above. On further tests, upon entering a subject's body, (blank) will dissipate. (blank) is highly reactive towards electricity, and experiments show that when (blank) comes into contact with electricity, the part of (blank) touching the electricity dissipates, and falls from above.
The anomalous properties of (blank) activate when a living organism walks upon it, they slowly sink, descending into an alternate dimension, designated as (blank)-1. The only countermeasure to being pulled into (blank)-1 is being either pulled out by another living organism, or just not wanting to be pulled in. Nothing has come back from the entrance to (blank). When D - ██████ was lowered into (blank) by rope, (blank) closed over the top of D - ██████, slicing the rope. When tested with a titanium wire rope, it was still severed. When electricity came into contact with (blank) while a D-class was still passing through, the D-class was [REDACTED]

(blank)-1 is a labyrinth with the walls and floor seemingly indestructible, with a complex, seemingly random, labyrinth, with "slits" on the floor leading to a random location within a kilometer of (blank). Several casualties have occurred when subjects are displaced into solid objects. No time seems to have passed to subjects who come back from (blank)-1. Some subjects report a sense of being followed, and say they see a dark figure (designated as (blank)-2) in their peripheral vision. All subjects come back from (blank)-1 with no non-living matter within or on them, including their clothes and viruses. Roughly 4/5 subjects who enter (blank)-1 alone do not come back for an unknown reason because of attack by (blank)-2. About 1 in 10 subjects have cases of PTSD from coming back from (blank)-1.
Incident A: 1 D - class came back from (blank)-1 with his right leg torn below the knee, and his left arm ripped out of the shoulder socket. He also had several fatal cuts all over his body. Subject reported seeing a large solid black beast just before he fell into the slit on the floor. Subject died within 30 seconds, of blood loss.
Following Incident A, nobody else has returned injured is to go in alone. Test(s) involving sending one person are only able to start with the approval of two level 3 personnel.
Test Log A: Two D-class personnel (Subject A and Subject B) with AIDS (Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome) were sent into (blank) Subject B came back roughly 34 minuets later, with bottom half embedded in the floor of (blank's) containment area. Subject A came back roughly 37 minuets after the start of the test. Subject A appeared out of (blank's) containment cell and attempted escape. Guard on site was able to track down subject A. both subjects showed no signs of having AIDS. Subject A terminated.

Test Log B: 2 Class-D were infected with SCP-008, and were instructed to go into (Blank). The subjects went in. 11 minutes in: Dr. Goodwill slipped and broke his ankle. 24 minutes in: Both D-Class appeared next to each other, above (Blank). Subjects tested for SCP-008. Test positive. Subjects terminated by incineration.
