Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4382 Is to be kept in a Telekill-lined steel 5' by 5' containment cell.
Any subjects attempting to open the containment cell when testing is not in progress will be harshly reprimanded. The cell is not to be opened for any time except testing. It should e exposed to cyanide gas at all times.
Description: SCP-4382 Is a traffic cone, discovered in ███ ███, Florida. Its properties manifest when sighted. Within 5-10 minutes of viewing, a car will pull up to subject who viewed SCP-4382, and a man of varying appearance, referred to as SCP-4382-1, will proceed to [DATA EXPUNGED] the subject, killing them instantly. If exposed to anything besides cyanide gas, subject will teleport to the nearest busy intersection. If cyanide gas fails, nearest intersection to be locked down, and citizens blindfolded.

Materials: D-75635, 1 Gas Mask, 1 Microphone, Purpose: To test the limits of where SCP-4382-1 can manifest.

D-75635 is sent on a Boeing 747 airship, remotely piloted, with SCP-4382.
D-75635 begins speaking incomprehensible words.
(D-75635 begins attacking parts of the ship, so SCP-4382 is sent out of the airship via a remotely piloted temporary containment cell and the ships floor opens, plummeting D-75635).
SCP-4382-1 is seen manifesting midair, [DATA EXPUNGED], and killing D-75635.
Dr. Thomas: "That could have gone better. Let's try again."
TEST 2
Materials: D-63590, Gas Mask, Microphone.
Test purpose: To study the limits of where SCP-4382-1 can manifest.
D-63590 is sent on a spacecraft, with SCP-4382, orbiting earth.
Dr. Thomas: "Open the small cell to your right."
D-63590 proceeds to open SCP-4382's containment cell.
Dr. Thomas: "Good, now, maintain eye contact with the cone."
D-63590 proceeds to maintain eye contact until SCP-4382-1 arrives, and kills D-63590.
