Special Containment Procedures: The object is secured at Containment Site-16, located in ███████, Nevada. The containment room's walls and floor are covered in hard rubber and specifically made to avoid any influence by electromagnetic fields, as incidents have occurred when SCP-4354 comes near an emitting source.

SCP-4354 is undergoing studies regarding its behaviour, and access is granted to personnel with Level 3 Clearance or above. They are to be accompanied by a Class D subject to substain interactions with SCP-4354, and preferrably they should not come in contact with it.
Description: SCP-4354 appears as a small MP-3 reader, furnished with a screen and a set of buttons, arranged in a circular fashion on its front face. Even though the controls resemble what most MP-3 players would mount, the function of these buttons is still not fully understood. For more detailed information about how the controls behave, see Addendum 4354-C.
When functional, SCP-4354 has the ability to alter the perception of time of anybody in
near proximity of it. Mild exposure often results in dizziness and confusion, while the effects of
prolonged exposure vary in blatancy and severity. For more detailed explanation on effects, see

Discovery: SCP-4354 was found in a dollar store near Dallas, with music already loaded on it.
