Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Safe
Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-XXXX is to be kept within 5m3 steel cube at all time, with a layer of compact dirt covering the floor. The steel surface is not to be visible through the dirt. This cube is to be contained within a larger 15m3 steel cube, and personnel must have clearance Level 3 or above to access the interior, unless the 05 council deems it necessary. The second cube is to be used for experimentation purposes only.
Description:
SCP-XXXX refers to a collection of seemingly standard earthenware pots, around half a metre in height, and 0.25 metres in length and width, decorated in a manner similar to ancient egyptian canopic jars. They were initially discovered outside a small Himalayan village, having been reported by officials despite many warnings from the locals.
If any individual dies within an approximately 10m3 radius of an SCP-XXXX designate, their bones, muscles and skin will dissappear and be transmuted - through an unkown effect - into the materials for a new SCP-XXXX designate containing one of their major organs. Approximately five new jars are created per death - usually containing the heart, brain, liver and stomach.
This effect will begin to manifest itself otherwise if an individual spends more than five minutes within the "field" of jars created - a cluster of SCP-XXXX designates. If this cluster grows beyond a total size of 5m2, any individual trying to cross from one edge to the other, no matter from where, will have their tissue harvested immediately, resulting in a quick and painful death

Test A - 01/12/2███
-Subject: SCP-XXXX
-Personnel: Dr. ██, D-1729
-Procedure: D-1279 was to attempt to break open as many of the jars as possible.
-Results: The SCP-XXXX designates began siphoning off bits of bone to rebuild themselves, originally targeting D-1729's hands, and eventually removing the spinal column, resulting in a painful death. Dr. ██ was to observe and instruct D-1279.
-Comment: Dr. ██: It seems termination through blunt force would be impossible if we deemed necessary.
