Item #: SCP-4180 No.0 Of The Fool, Razzle

Object Class: Euclid

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4180 is to be held in a 10/10/10 meter steel room with no windows or anything as such that could allow SCP-4180 to be able to view anything or anyone outside containment. SCP-4180 must be put to sleep through the use of sleeping gas before continuing in any activities that involves moving SCP-4180 to another location. After confirmed to be sedated for one minute foundation personnel should enter the room with a specially designed black board to prevent SCP-4180 to see the foundation personnel. SCP-4180 is to be blindfolded and handcuffed with a special steel glove that prevents any finger movements. Any room that SCP-4180 is relocated to must also contain no windows or any gaps that could allow SCP-4180 to view outside the room.

Description: SCP-4180 resembles a fair skinned, black haired, black eyes, Caucasian-Asian male in his late teens. SCP-4180 is 1.73 meters in height and weigh 50.25 kg. At first glance, SCP-4180 seems just like any other normal human beings with no anomalous behaviors whatsoever. This however, changes as SCP-4180's right eye changes color to a pale black retina and a pale blue iris with the pupils of the eye completely closed shut due to the contraction of the iris.

At this state SCP-4180 acquire a set of abilities:

  • Switching places with anyone he chooses within his line of sight.
  • Marking a spot with his hands and relocate himself to that exact spot mimicking the exact pose he just made while marking.
  • Converting any physical state that his body is currently in with someone else's through direct contact with any of his hands.
  • Terminating any anomaly that a being has for five seconds. Doing so will cause the subject with the anomaly terminated flipped upside down. Targets all that is within SCP-4180's line of sight. If the target has no anomaly then target will only be flipped upside down.
  • Summoning at most three black blades on each hand. Each blade is tied with a string that is attached to his wrist. Referred to as SCP-4180-1. In contact with another anomalous entity SCP-4180-1 will terminate the entity's anomalous behavior until contact is no more.

SCP-4180 appears to be very skilled in battle and strategy. Records found in SCP-4180's previous household shows that SCP-4180 is a part of some unknown organization. Wether the organization is opposed to the Foundation or not is currently unknown. The records found are mostly all teared up and missing leaving only fragmented sentences that refer to other members of the organization, five of which are under containment in the Foundation (referring to SCP-4180, SCP-4181, SCP-4182, SCP-4183 and SCP-4184)

Interview with SCP-4180 by Dr. Addenburg

Overview: SCP-4180 was very co-operative and was willing to answer most questions asked by Dr. Addenburg.

SCP-4180: "It's Razzle, and I'm fine thank you for asking."

Dr. Addenburg: "Okay then Razzle, I suppose that is not your real name?"

SCP-4180: "No Doctor, it was given to me by my superiors back in my organization."

Dr. Addenburg: "An organization? Could you possibly tell me what sort of organization that gave you the name?"

SCP-4180: "I'm very sorry doctor but we are built in to be unable to spit out anything relating our organization."

Dr. Addenburg: "Unable to say anything… can't you resist?"

SCP-4180: "No doctor, if we try to resist our resistance will be automatically stopped by our own impulse."

Dr. Addenburg: "I see. Before you said that you were "built to". Are you by any chance some sort of homunculus or cyborg?"

SCP-4180: "N-No… I was born and raised by my parents."

Dr. Addenburg: "Your parents? Can you tell me more about them?"

SCP-4180: "My pa-…"

SCP-4180 went quiet for a whole minute

Dr. Addenburg: "4180?"

SCP-4180: "It's Razzle, doctor… and I would like to end our discussion here."

Dr. Addenburg: "SCP-4180 you are not given the pleasure of requesting when to stop. We still have around ten minutes left."

SCP-4180: "Please… doctor."

Dr. Addenburg: "sigh… very well. You two put up his blindfold."

SCP-4180 was taken back to his containment. For the next 24 hours SCP-4180 remains silent and did not move nor eat

Testing SCP-4180's abilities on other SCPs

Test 1
Subject: SCP-682

SCP-4182 was relocated to an empty steel room fortified with a remote controlled 50-calibre turret along with SCP-682. SCP-4182 was told to terminate SCP-682's anomaly.

Result: SCP-682 immediately went in for the kill towards SCP-4180. Instinctively SCP-4180 went to a ready stance and almost instantaneously activates his ability which causes SCP-682 to flip over. After confirmed of activation the turrets all fired towards the direction of SCP-682. SCP-682 was confirmed dead and the subject's regenerative ability seemed to have stopped. Five seconds later SCP-682's regenerative ability came back and it sprung back to life charging towards SCP-4180. SCP-682 was immediately neutralized and brought back to containment.
