Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5967 and SCP-5967-A are to be detained for interrogation. SCP-5993 is allowed limited facility access. SCP-5967 and SCP-5967-A are to be placed in a room of 10 x 10 x 4 meters, and a bench press and treadmill set up to prevent physical degradation of SCP-5967 and SCP-5967-A. Requests to allow SCP-5967 full facility access by Foundation personal have been denied. Requests for increased facility access for SCP-5967, as well as granting limited facility access for SCP-5967-A, are pending.
Description: SCP-5967 appears to be a male humanoid, standing around 1.96 meters (6’5”) tall, and weighing 67.2 kg (148 lbs.). Subject is shown to be carnivorous. SCP-5967 has pale gray skin, is bald save for a line of short black hair reaching to the back of its head, has slightly larger canines than a human, a flat, thin nose, blue eyes, has its entire right forearm replaced with a metal prosthetic limb, and has a thin physique overall. Material testing shows the prosthetic limb to be made out of a Titanium-Tungsten alloy. Subject claims to be 41 years of age as of writing.
Chemical testing reveals SCP-5967’s body composition to be highly acidic, with a coat of mucus covering its body internally. DNA testing has revealed SCP-5967 to have nothing in common with a human, nor seeming to have any relation to any known species on Earth.
SCP-5967’s body is abnormally resilient towards extreme amounts of trauma, estimated to be 15x the amount of physical trauma required for the expiration of an average male, as discovered by multiple tests. SCP-5967’s strength, reflexes, dexterity, and speed contradict his weight, physical appearance, and stature, being able to lift a full grown male with a single hand, run at 18 km (11.9 mph), react in half the average human reaction time (.125 seconds), and bend its limbs into positions deemed unnatural or even impossible for humans to perform. Subject also sports 20/5 vision, as well as night-vision and increased hearing. SCP-5967 appears to be highly intelligent, and is capable of speaking fluent English, French, Russian, and German, along with appearing to have a photographic memory. SCP-5967 also appears to be an expert at stealth, as multiple tests have shown.
SCP-5967-A appears to be a thin male of Caucasian descent in his early 20’s, with short brown hair, brown eyes, a height of 1.7 meters (5’7”), and a weight of 56.3 kg (124.1 lbs.). SCP-5967-A is completely incapable of speech of any kind, and can only communicate through sign language and gestures. Subject will refuse to speak at all unless friends with the person talking to it or in the presence of SCP-5967, in which it will proceed to have conversations like normal.
SCP-5967-A is able to run to speeds upwards of 25.92 km (16.1 mph), and has even been recorded to run as fast as 35.64 km (22.14 mph), and has a reaction time of 0.1 seconds, faster than any known human on Earth. SCP-5967-A-1 also appears to have a clear understanding of English and French. Despite subject appearing like an everyday human, DNA results have shown SCP-5967-A to have nothing in common with humans, and appears to be very similar to SCP-5967's, suggesting that the pair evolved on a different planet or possibly even different universe together. Subject appears to be experienced with stealth, though not to the extreme degree of SCP-5967. Scp-5967-A also shows unwavering loyalty to SCP-5967.
SCP-5967 and SCP-5967-A were discovered on [REDACTED], 2020, when news media began picking up on rumors of a "gray-skinned beast eating animals and cannibalizing people". An agent was dispatched to find SCP-5967. After six days of searching, communication with the Agent was lost. One day later, a fireteam was sent into his last known location, being an abandoned home on [REDACTED]. Team entered to find the agent tied down to a table unconscious, with SCP-5967 inspecting him (Subject claims to have been waiting for him to wake up for interrogation). SCP-5967 was detained without resistance, but was met with heavy resistance from SCP-5993-A, believing dispatch to have kidnapped SCP-5967. After [REDACTED] weeks of fighting and tracking, the team was finally authorized to approve SCP-5967's request to attend SCP-5967-A and successfully convinced the subject to surrender.
SCP-5967 and -5967-A have claimed to be part of a self-made mercenary squad along with three others. They claim to have been the most feared and valuable squad from where they were, and that they were in the middle of reaching their next objective when their "teleporter" malfunctioned and they ended up in a shopping mall near [REDACTED].
