Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a locked stainless steel box with padding. The box is to be kept in a cold environment when it is being transported. No personnel are allowed to open the box without explicit permission from Level 3 foundation personnel or higher. Testing with SCP-XXXX is to be done in a controlled environment with all exits to the chamber locked, and with a janitorial crew on standby.

Description: SCP-XXXX is an ornate green key with a paper tag found in a dumpster outside of a home in █████████████████████, Wales. A number is written on the tag in what appears to be black permanent marker ranging from -7863 to 5433. The number on this tag changes every █ to ███ days. It has been found that this number represents the altitude of a specific door somewhere on Earth. Doors found have been located in ████, Russia, and ██████, Nepal. SCP-XXXX appears to fit into any locked door. All door locks, even electronic that are visible to a subject in possession of SCP-XXXX will be modified to be able to be used by SCP-XXXX. All electronic locks visible turn into standard, mechanical locks. SCP-XXXX is not compatible with locks that are not usable on a door. When a door is unlocked and opened using SCP-XXXX, the door will not lead to its usual destination. The door will instead lead to what appears to be a flipped recreation of our reality, referred to as SCP-XXXX-1. SCP-XXXX-1's environment appears to be almost apocalyptic, with no sign of life and heavy cloud coverage. All photos and videos taken of SCP-XXXX or SCP-XXXX-1 are heavily degraded and compressed.
