Item #: SCP-XXXX

Object Class: Safe

Special Containment Procedures: [Paragraphs explaining the procedures]

Description: [Paragraphs explaining the description]
SCP-XXXX is an anomalous parasitic organism which superficially resembles a conical paper party hat. SCP-XXXX's primary hosts are humans, with a preference for adults. The primary mode of infection appears to be reliant on SCP-XXXX's low grade telepathy to attract hosts. This telepathy is thought to act as a subtle influence, drawing the attention of the host until the unwitting victim puts SCP-XXXX on their head. Immediately after, tendrils burrow into the skull cavity and begin to influence behaviour through the release of hormones and other neuro-chemicals. Behaviour changes are often subtle at first with the host seeming more cheerful, this then progresses to the host beginning to plan (often large) parties.
