Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be contained in a 0.75m x 1m x 1m metal box at Site-██ in a secure storage locker. SCP-XXXX may only be removed with approval from at least 1 (one) level 3 personnel.

Description: SCP-XXXX is an octahedron with an edge length of 12cm. Based on samples taken, the item has a diamond shell with a thallium core.

When exposed to a near-vacuum the object is able to maneuver it's surroundings. The pressure required is below .01 Pa. When exposed to at least .01 Pa SCP-XXXX becomes sapient, though it has difficulty moving until the pressure is lowered beyond .001 Pa.

The object was discovered on 10/03/██ and classified as space debris. Approximately 5 years after its discovery, SCP-XXXX collided with a foundation satellite known as ███-03 after changing its trajectory in orbit. SCP-XXXX had slowed considerably and entered the atmosphere a month later, landing in a forest located in Alberta, near the town of ████. The foundation had located SCP-XXXX and it was taken in for containment.

As of 23 September ████ all testing is to be ceased unless given approval by 2 (two) Level 4 personnel . This is in correlation with Incident XXXX-2
