Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX-a and -b are to be contained together within in a Standard Humanoid Containment Chamber furnished with the following items:
- Two Japanese futon matresses with additional bedding
- A Japanese-style closet containing several items of clothing
- Japanese Tatami mats covering the entirety of the floor
Additional item requests must pass 05 clearance.
Temporary Containment Procedures: (see Addendum XXXX.4) SCP-XXXX-a is to be contained in a Keter-Class Humanoid Containment Chamber until further notice. Testing on SCP-XXX-a is strictly prohibited without 05 clearance. Any and all personnel attempting to communicate with SCP-XXXX-a without 05 clearance will be immediately terminated.
Description: SCP-XXXX-a and -b are both adolescent human females of Japanese descent, claiming to be biological siblings. SCP-XXXX-a is roughly 1.4 meters in height while SCP-XXXX-b is about 1.2 meters. SCP-XXXX-a has black shoulder-length hair while SCP-XXXX-b has longer hair, also black in color. SCP-XXXX-a has yellow eyes while SCP-XXXX-b has cyan eyes. Both subjects are able to speak Japanese and English. Their proper names are Haruka Yamasaki and Sayaka Yamasaki.
SCP-XXXX-a and -b possess telekinetic abilities, being able to lift up large objects with little effort using only their minds and speak to one another telepathically. SCP-XXXX-b has shown to be significantly weaker in her abilities compared to SCP-XXXX-a. Any object that they lift up will have an aura corresponding to their eye color.
Addendum XXXX.1: Discovery
SCP-XXXX-a and -b were brought into Foundation custody as children of █ and █ years old after their home in █████████, Japan was destroyed under unknown circumstances. The press was informed that it was due to a gas leak. SCP-XXXX-a and -b were raised in the Foundation for most of their lives, and research was performed on their telekinetic abilities.
An interview was conducted with SCP-XXXX-a upon its containment. It is to be noted that the conversation was conducted in Japanese.
Interviewer: Dr. Daniel Foss
Interviewee: SCP-XXXX-a[BEGIN LOG]
Dr. Foss: Do you know why you are here?
SCP-XXXX-a: No.
Dr. Foss: I suspected as much. Are you aware of your ability?
SCP-XXXX-a: My what?
Dr. Foss: When you move things with your mind?
SCP-XXXX-a: Oh! You mean my powers!
Dr. Foss: That answers that question. Now, when did your "powers" start?
SCP-XXXX-a: I was born with them. I got them from my mommy. So did Sayaka.
Dr. Foss: Do you know where your mommy is?
SCP-XXXX-a: She's gone, just like daddy.
Dr. Foss: (pauses) I see. Do you know how your home got destroyed?
SCP-XXXX-a: Mommy and daddy were fighting, and mommy got angry and tried to hurt daddy. I tried to stop her, but then Sayaka got scared and blew up the house.
Dr. Foss: I see. That will be all. Thank you for your time.

Interviewer's note: SCP-XXXX-a didn't seem to show emotional reaction to its parents being deceased. Tests will have to be conducted to see if this is a mental problem.
