Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-XXXX is to be eradicated as soon as possible. Collateral damage to other, nonanomalous members of SCP-XXXX is considered acceptable and in most cases necessary for the containment of SCP-XXXX. Foundation agents of MTF Gamma Dyson-34 (Money Talkers) is tasked with funding lobbyist organizations that promote widescale pest control as well as groups involved with the genetic manipulation of insects.
Living SCP-XXXX samples are contained in a standard biohazard container at site 394.
SCP-XXXX-1 instances do not require special containment procedures due to the self concealing nature of SCP-XXXX-1.
Humans infected with instances of SCP-XXXX-1 are to be monitored for complications in the development of SCP-XXXX-2 and all medical records are to be edited to reflect a nonanomalous pregnancy with the application of class B amnestics authorized in cases where SCP-XXXX-1 is discovered by the infected or by medical personnel. MTF Hermes-22 (Bedside Manners) are to heavily monitor all maternity wards within 50 kilometers of known populations of SCP-XXXX for instances of SCP-XXXX-1 and follow up on any reports of unusual ultrasound scans.
As of 09-12-1998 due to incident SCP-XXXX-2-1556B-33. Instances of SCP-XXXX-2 are contained at site 394-1 (Flybye) located in rural Minnesota which is approximately 2 kilometers from site 394. SCP-XXXX-2 are to undergo psychological treatment and only to be told of their true nature at a time foundation psychologists deem necessary. Further containment procedures and possible adjustments to the containment procedures of SCP-XXXX-1 instances are currently under ethics committee review.
The following containment procedures are no longer valid and are noted for archival purposes only.
Instances of SCP-XXXX-2 are to be considered actively hostile to human life and any containment attempts by personnel are to be carried out with extreme caution.
Instances of SCP-XXXX-2 are to be contained at site 394 in a standard humanoid containment chamber.
Description:
SCP-XXXX instances are indistinguishable from nonanomalous members of Aedes cinereus. When they bite human females who are at least 5 weeks pregnant they anomalously transform the gestating fetus into instances of SCP-XXXX-1. The human female is now considered infected by SCP-XXXX-1.
SCP-XXXX-1 is a mass of Aedes cinereus nymphs in the exact shape of a human fetus. Ultrasound scans and autopsies have revealed internal structures identical to that of a nonanomalous human fetus composed of Aedes cinereus nymphs. At about nine months of pregnancy the nymphs will begin to transform into adult members of Aedes cinereus while maintaining the shape of a human fetus. When born from the human female the mass is considered SCP-XXXX-2. If SCP-XXXX-1 is terminated, either manually or by natural complication during pregnancy the mass ceases being anomalous and each Aedes cinereus nymph becomes a separate living creature. To date no instance has reformed back into SCP-XXXX-1 without outside interference. See test log SCP-XXXX-1-384b. Separating a part of SCP-XXXX-1 from the main mass has a similar effect on the removed section.
SCP-XXXX-2 instances are masses of adult Aedes cinereus In the shape of an average human. In all respects instances of SCP-XXXX-2 are sapient nonanomalous humans except that every single organ, fluid, and structure is comprised of living masses of adult Aedes cinereus. When a part of an SCP-XXXX-2 instance is separated from itself, either through voluntary expulsion or involuntary extraction, the mass removed becomes a nonanomalous mass of Aedes cinereus adults.

Interviewer: [So, you eliminated the patrols on the outskirts, and had a perimeter set up around the village. Then what happened. ]
Interviewer: [Well, after Jefferson saw that religious looking type make for the church we knew they'd noticed their lost patrols. So, we quickly cleared the twenty something buildings around the church to be sure but they were all abandoned. I don't know how they got the word out so fast. No radios, any tech above a flintlock to be honest. No bells or whistles either. But that's something for the eggheads back at the GOI hub to figure out. The point is that we knew they knew we were coming for them.]
Interviewer [Why don't you skip ahead to the entity in the basement.]
Interviewed [Uh, yeah, um sure. *Clears throat* Well, um after we basically cleared out everyone in the cult we started clearing every room we could in three man teams. I remember I had just cleared some fucked up looking nursery full of wooden bug toys. When I hear gunfire and Tully screaming about contact over the radio. He was clearing the basement with Bowers and Miller so we all rushed to help. By the time we got there Tully is panting in front of a door in the basement and raving about some unclean thing in the darkness. Well we're having none of that. I try to get him to talk about what happened to Bowers and Miller but he just shakes his head and points at the door. So, we kick in the door ready to face Tully's demon just in time to see that fucker chewing Bowers face off. Him and Miller were dead of course and this thing was eating them. It looked like a bug person. No, a person made of bugs, bunch of mosquitoes i think. Anyway we put it down.
