Appearing to be a yarn toy with one big eye, one little eye, and a crooked mouth. Standing at 1'8, SCP 4001 is a euclid class and should be approached with caution.
When entering the holding cell of SCP 4001, it is advised to leave all objects outside. It is also advised to be blindfolded, although not completely necessary. SCP 4001 is pretty indestructable, made up of some very strong metal. It has become depressed and it can swap bodies with anyone it meets eyes with. after swapping with a living thing, the current SCP 4001 does its best to kill itself as soon as possible, leaving the victim of the swap trapped within its body. They soon become depressed after 8 hours of being trapped and then they cannot be saved. This has lead to SCP 4001 gaining the nickname "Prison of corruption"
The scientists are baffled as to what could cause such a rapid depression, and not many are brave enough to enter its body.
The scientists have also tried communicating with SCP 4001 by having it swap bodies with D-class personnel, (even if it has a mouth, it cannot speak) however each time the same thing happens. SCP 4001 sneaks outside its cell in its new body and later commits suicide.
It is said that SCP 4001 was created by a prison to break wrongdoers into submission to tell the truth by trapping their souls into a tiny doll. Unfortunately due to how horrifying being trapped in the doll is, the accused would kill themselves after regaining a proper body back, and the project was later scrapped.
It was later found in a junkyard all dirty, and parts of it rusted. It was taken in for containment for its chaotic tendencies.
