Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-XXXX's must be tracked and monitor whenever possible and it's existence hidden at all times from any other organisation involved in USE activites or other related activities.
- Monitoring: Existing USE and seismographic networks such as IUSS // GSN // GUGI // DI // other NATO and non affiliated SOSUS networks, must remain infiltrated and monitored. SCP-XXXX related data production from these organisations must be identified and forwarded to class B IC.
- Passive measures: SCP-XXXX's signature must remain unknown/corrupted in aforementionned organisations databases. FA personnels in action must maintain a sufficient level of disinformation and interferences to obfuscate SCP-XXXX's existence. Class B IC and class A IC must ensure that FA personnels remain unsuspected and well respected in their respective positions.
- Active measures: upon registration of SCP-XXXX activity, personnels in charge must maintain monitoring while plausibly attribute events to other plausible sources such as: seismic activity, biologic entities, ice movements or other natural events. Possible courses of action include data tempering, diversion events fabrication, evidences destruction. Upon detection of an SCP-XXXX aggressive pattern of event, MTF-████ must be activated. Escalation procudure is as follow: track and evade (SCP-XXXX ), devensive profile (SCP-XXXX confirmed hostile), destruction (SCP-XXXX weapon status red)
Description: SCP-XXXX is a former Soviet SSBN of the class Yankee II, identified as K-215 Kislokan. SCP-XXXX was docked on September 14th of 1965 and designed to join the Red Banner Fleet. Budgetary constraints held it's construction, to be officially abandonned in the following months. It is unknown how SCP-XXXX was finished and put at sea.
