Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5943 is to be contained in a mock neighborhood with garbage bins in front of each house. Garbage bins must be restocked with trash of any kind before the following Tuesday. No personnel are permitted within a kilometer of the mock neighborhood, unless a test is taking place. When testing with human or humanoid subjects, a notice must be sent to the site owned Landfill outside of the mock neighborhood.

Description: SCP-5943 appears to be a standard Waste Management Front Loading Garbage Truck, with little differences to the design. The most prominent change is the replacement of the front loading arms with human arms. They appear to be Caucasian in race and fidget while idle. SCP-5943 is completely autonomous, and appears to be sentient. If there is no trash in more than 1/3 of the mock neighborhood garbage bins, it will throw a "Tantrum". This includes but is not limited to: tossing trash cans, driving onto lawns, uprooting trees, reaching into itself and pulling out trash then throwing it sporadically around. If any human, or human like entity enters the mock neighborhood during SCP-5943's operating hours, it will travel towards the entity at speeds of over ███ kph. Once within 100 meters, SCP-5943 will slow down to a stop, then will gently scoop up the entity and place it inside the trash holding tank. Once inside, the entity will be instantaneously teleported to the nearest landfill. When leaving the landfill, any entity that has gone through SCP-5943 will find a personal or valuable item that was thrown away at some point in their life. This can range from a stuffed animal, to a wedding ring.

Addendum: Site personnel are not permitted to use SCP-5943 to reclaim lost items. The process is random, and there is no way to know what item you will get. You cannot send another person to get an item belonging to you. It is person specific.
