( ) must be contained within a the limits of seamless concrete confine.
Monthly observations for fractures or interstices in the rooms makeup is a necessity.
The room should be congealed to sub-zero temperatures at all times and if conditions rise above those temperatures, place the holding cell into procedure [DATA EXPUNGED].

Description: ( ) appears to be a humanoid of approximately 7.3 feet in height and has a high level brain capacity. The being in question is completely comprised of blood and candle wax. Research shows it has no functioning organs inside its anatomy and its form is condensed wax throughout. The entity, through a complex session setup, has explained to Dr. ███ that in it's "past life" it murdered and encased it’s victims in candle wax and was rebirthed itself from the wax of its victims by being melted by a "Cleansing God" for it's actions of evil, there is no evidence to support of this information The being has a perpetually lit wick on the top of its cranium which, with further research, appears to extend further down into its "skull". The entity's clothing is a dark brown victorian cloak which, with samples, carbon dates to the period and is also infused with its body, this may lead to the conclusion that it may in fact originate from that particular time period and ( ) has only knowledge of the time and talks of coal mines and candlelight and the “great Queen Victoria”
Testing indicates that the being, when put under high heats and pressure, can liquefy and become malleable and even mould itself. One incident included a guard in ( )'s chamber where a site construction worker needed to fix a fissure in the wall of ( )'s cell. A guard accompanied him to the confine. When in the cell ( ) moulded it's hand with its wick into a crooked blade and proceeded to Slit and [DATA EXPUNGED] the guard until death. This was was enough time for ████ ██████ to reach a safe vantage point for the cell to be put into lockdown. Future notes: More security measures to be put into place.
