Description: SCP-6745 is a phone call of anomalous origin, where a call might, instead of connecting to the correct person who owns the number, mysteriously connect to a panicked-sounding woman who introduces herself as 'Laura Clause'. She will claim that she has been kidnapped and will ask for help. Regardless of what the other person on the end of the line says, asks or tells 'Laura Clause' to do, at 6 minute and 43 seconds into the call, the sound of a door opening will be heard, followed by the same scream coming from 'Laura Clause', that lasts an additional 9 seconds before the line goes dead.

Addendum: Attempts have been made to intentionally trigger an instance of 6745, however, it does not seem possible to increase the likelihood of an instance of 6745 to occur.

An investigation was launched to attempt to discover if Laura was an entirely anomalous entity. All calls that could be closely monitored were checked for any of the same patterns that Laura opens with. After several months of waiting in preparation, a call went to Laura, and staff quickly took over the call. Laura was asked several questions, including where she last was, when she was abducted and who she thought had abducted her. She answered that she was last in █████, a small town in North Carolina, that she had been abducted soon after 6 PM and that she was unaware of her captor's identity.

It was discovered that there, in fact, was a missing woman from █████, by the name of Laura Clause, who went missing on July 8, 1985. This has lead the foundation to assume that Laura's existence is entirely anomalous.
