Special Containment Procedures: It seems to be bonded with a individual named Haruno Shiobana but he likes to be called Giorno Giovanna. Due to Giorno being a [Redacted] in Italy we are unable to take him away because of the repercussions it would have on our economy. Giorno does seem to be willing to give us information.

Description: SCP-2001 Seems to be a ghostly entity that only certain individuals can see, it seems to be 1.72 meters tall, It is bonded to a Human named Haruno Shiobana. We have been told by Haruno it is a "Stand". They are called stands due to them always standing behind the "Stand User", SCP-2001 Seems to have the power of Revert to Zero, this allows SCP-2001 to revert something to before it happened, Haruno says that he can control SCP-2001 to an extent but he says he has no control of the reverse. SCP-2001 also seems to be able to give life to objects it comes in contact with. SCP-2001 seems to have all knowledge of the universe and can see higher dimensional beings.

Addendum: SCP-2001 has another form that it originated from, according to Haruno stands have the capability to evolve with the with the user and Haruno states that an object called the "Requiem arrow" gave him the the evolved form. We will have to study this object closer. Haruno says SCP-2001 gave him the power to be the person he needed to reach his goals
