SCP-5998 is to be kept in a furnished cell at all times and every inch of skin must be covered up at all times when SCP-5998 is being transferred from his cell. SCP-5998 is also to be talked with regularly and to be given the same access as a level one personnel. No personnel is allowed to make skin to skin contact with SCP-5998 or they will die instantly.
Note: SCP-5998 is allowed a collection of books and lectures and is allowed to watch the news in the foundation cafeteria. When he goes there to eat.
SCP-5998 is a a human with the ability to kill anything that makes skin to skin contact with him he was first seen inside the small town of [[redacted]] where there was no life save for Lance Keys who was found holding the corpse of his sister Keys Surrendered himself to the foundation after we found him.

Interview: Dr Steven Miller
Dr Miller: hello Lance keys right?
SCP-5998: yes that's me what do you want I don't like being out of my cell for very long so let's make this interview quick.
Dr. Miller: I see you like talking to people though why is that
SCP-5998: it reminds me I'm still human well somethat anyway every thing I touch dies as you know.
Dr Miller: why do you think that is Lance.
SCP-5998: I am afraid I don't know why. My question is what exactly is this place?
Dr Miller is given permission to explain the basics of the foundation to SCP-5998.
SCP-5998: I see so your here to lock me up and try to explain my power that's great thats better than great.
Dr Miller: your not going to protest the foundation locking you up.
SCP-5998: no, although I wish I had my books counting to 10,000 every day gets a bit boring. They should be at home could you do this monster this kindness.
Steven Miller: if you cooperate I'll see what I can do.
SCP-5998: thank you I hope to continue these talks I don't know how usefully I'll be.
