Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept at a standard locker. The locker is to be constantly monitored by at least two surveillance cameras in order to keep indirect visual contact with SCP-XXXX at all times. Personnel should request permission before testing on SCP-XXXX.
If an individual maintains direct skin contact with SCP-XXXX, and manifests signs of SCP-XXXX-1, the individual must be transported by two guards equipped with tasers and tranquilizers, wearing gloves to prevent direct skin contact with the affected individual, to a 5m x 5m x 5m containment cell away from the rest of site-██. The individual is released once the effect wears off.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a poorly drawn in pencil of what looks like a colorless penguin, approximately 184cm in length and 6.5cm in width. It has poorly drawn circles resembling eyes lacking pupils. Its left leg is longer than the right leg by 1cm, both legs lack feet, and it’s right arm is longer than the right arm by 1cm and lacks a tail. SCP-XXXX is only present in either paper of flat wood surfaces. Upon each 35 to 48 hours, SCP-XXXX will move away from its previous location by 450 meters away from it, but only if there was no direct visual contact indirect or direct visual contact towards it.
When an individual maintains direct skin contact with SCP-XXXX, the individual would develop severe paranoia and anxiety and would behave violently against every other human. This effect is known as SCP-XXXX-1, however, those who are affected are only aggressive towards humans.
SCP-XXXX-1 lasts for about 16 to 23 hours. After SCP-XXXX-1 wears off, the individual would enter a state of deep uninterrupted sleep that lasts about 16 days. Several attempts to wake up the individual in the state of deep sleep, however, these attempts failed. The individual shows no signs of SCP-XXXX-1 when it wakes up.
Recovery Log: SCP-XXXX was first discovered in the basement of a house in ███████, Oregon, USA in (24/█/20██), by a man named ████. ████ maintained skin contact with SCP-XXXX and manifested signs of SCP-XXXX-1, after ████ woke up, he reported about the encounter of SCP-XXXX. SCP-XXXX was found 2 kilometers west from its original location in an abandoned warehouse and was taken to site-██.
Addendum: According to ████, SCP-XXXX-1 has an effect in which those who are affected tend to see every other human as SCP-XXXX, which then activated severe paranoia and anxiety towards the humans. The affected individual will act violently towards humans because the individual assumes that the humans are hostile towards the individual.
