Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a standard procedure humanoid cell equal to that of a D-class's cell. Due to the nature of SCP-XXXX, SCP-XXXX's cell should be inspected weekly to insure no contraband has been smuggled in and that there have been no alterations made to the cell in terms of both décor and functionality.
SCP-XXXX is to be given anything requested, in accordance with protocol-████, as long as an exchange is offered that is seen as beneficial to the foundation with minimum to none detrimental effects that could impair the facility's ability to contain SCP's on the premises.
There are to be two(2) armed guards stationed outside SCP-XXXX's cell at all times with guards being swapped out bi-daily to ensure no one is persuaded into any arrangements.
No personal are permitted to see SCP-XXXX without written permission from minimum 2(2) personal of level three(3) clearance with one of those personal present at al times.

Before any arrangement is agreed upon all personal, including one(1) of the two(2) guards, are to discuss the pros and cons of said arrangement and assurance that said arrangement can be fulfilled otherwise risk a containment breach.
SCP-XXXX prefers to be referred to as tinumsae, ti-num-say, and will insist that anyone communicating with it in no matter the situation refer to it as so. This should be ignored as much as possible to as to not give SCP-XXXX a sense of control since this would only bump up prices in following negotiations.

**At this point all lights, cameras and listening devices were rendered inactive for approximately twenty-four(24) minutes before coming back online, this was perceived as a joint operation between SCP-XXXX and a staff member, an investigation is in progress and D-1983's whereabouts are currently unknown. It is believed that a deal was struck which removed D-1983 from it's job, and life.
