Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be housed in a standard Foundation containment cell furnished with a single chair as requested by staff. SCP-XXXX is to be kept under constant surveillance. Instances of SCP-XXXX teleporting outside of its containment cell are to be catalogued, SCP-XXXX located and monitored, and its conversations recorded and reviewed. Cells at Site-XX containing hostile Euclid and Keter-class objects not slated for neutralization must include warnings stating such to avoid accidental destruction.

SCP-XXXX is capable of teleportation, teleporting into any containment cell currently occupied by another anomalous object. One instance saw SCP-XXXX teleport to Site-██. The method behind SCP-XXXX's teleportation remains unknown and no method of disrupting its teleportation has been found as of yet. SCP-XXXX has been found to be amenable to social interactions during which it will not teleport and instead remain with the participant until the conversation or interaction concludes. Social interactions may be repeated immediately after with different individuals for up to 24 hours before SCP-XXXX ignores further input and leaves its containment cell. Extended interactions with the same individual elicits increasingly contemptuous or irritated behavior from SCP-XXXX leading to unresponsiveness. Upon reaching this state, SCP-XXXX will leave its containment cell after 30 seconds. Individuals may reengage in conversation or interaction after a 24 hour period without eliciting said behavior.

The sole instance of SCP-XXXX teleporting to another Site was determined to be due to a lack
of new 'hero candidates' at Site-XX for SCP-XXXX to converse with. Subjects at Site-XX are to be rotated with 20 new subjects from other Sites at a biweekly basis. Subjects to be sent to Site-XX are subject to approval and review from relevant Site Directors. Foundation personnel at other Sites are to be informed of current attire worn by SCP-XXXX in the event of a breach.

Upon leaving its containment cell, SCP-XXXX will converse with the occupant of the containment cell it arrives in if animate or examine the occupant if inanimate. Entry into a containment cell with a hostile SCP elicits either teleportation out of the cell or, in rare cases, the destruction of the hostile SCP. SCP-XXXX will voluntarily return to its containment cell after a period of two to three hours but may be prompted to return to its cell upon request. Disposal of Euclid and Keter-class objects slated for neutralization through SCP-XXXX may be requested following review and approval. Requests for neutralization through SCP-XXXX are suspended until further notice - O5-██

Description: SCP-XXXX appears to be a Eurasian male with graying hair and brown eyes, consistently dressed in blue and silver clothing appropriate to the subject he is tasked to train others in. SCP-XXXX has been determined to be genetically similar to a 21st century human being and has been determined to be impervious to all attempts to alter its chosen state without its consent. This attribute had been found to extend to all personal effects on SCP-XXXX.

SCP-XXXX claims to be a dimensional traveler in search of 'potential heroes to train.' SCP-XXXX has been found to be skilled in teaching and training individuals in various fields and will demonstrate such upon request. Following Incident XXXX-████, training requests are restricted to Class-4 and above individuals.

In addition, SCP-XXXX claims itself capable of precognition, temporal manipulation, [REDACTED]. Following Incident XXXX-███, SCP-XXXX has demonstrated the ability to [DATA EXPUNGED]. SCP-XXXX has stated that it lacks any desire to directly interfere with events unless requested or in service to its stated goal. In the event of a hostile SCP being designated as its charge or as the 'hero,' the object class of SCP-XXXX is to be reclassified depending on the threat rating of the designated 'hero' and steps taken as per Parable Project(?) protocols. Behavioral analysis predicts a violent response from SCP-XXXX in retaliation to attacks on the 'hero.' Force is not advised unless specified.

SCP-XXXX was originally found wandering within the halls and containment cells of Site-██. SCP-XXXX responded peacefully upon confrontation and submitted itself into custody without incident. SCP-XXXX was then moved to Site-XX following the destruction of SCP-███ during one of SCP-XXXX's escapes. SCP-XXXX actively seeks social interaction and acts in an open and forthright manner when in the company of another sentient being, regardless of immediate or future danger.

SCP-XXXX is to be treated similar to a reality warper. As of ██/██/20██, Parable Project(?) has been given approval to conduct its proposed methods of neutralizing SCP-XXXX.

Dr. Fuller: In most societies, yes, but that's irrelevant. Can you tell us where you are from? We might be able to return you there.

SCP-XXXX: I am where I am needed. I am looking for a hero to train.

Dr. Fuller: A hero? Are heroes common where you are from? What are they like?

SCP-XXXX: No, they are not, which is why I train them. As for what they are like, I cannot tell you until after I am finished. Each tends to be unique in some way. Different worlds breed different heroes.

Dr. Fuller: Different worlds?

SCP-XXXX: 10,732 worlds at last count.

Dr. Fuller: Interesting. What's your world like then? The one you were from?

Dr. Fuller: Will Agent █████ finish her training soon?

SCP-XXXX: This was the last hurdle to her development. I expect her to be ready in less than a week.

Dr. Fuller: Is it possible to train someone to teach others what you've taught Agent Barks?

SCP-XXXX: It is possible.

Dr. Fuller: Can you teach them after you finish with Agent Barks?

SCP-XXXX: No. The process will take too long. I would have found my hero candidate by then.

Dr. Fuller: You can't do both?

SCP-XXXX: My charge takes precedence and we cannot afford the centuries wasted attempting to balance both.

Dr. Fuller: Not even the beginner spells?

SCP-XXXX: I am curious as to why you think otherwise.

Dr. Waltz: Good afternoon, SCP-XXXX. You are aware of why you are here, correct?

SCP-XXXX: Yes.

Dr. Waltz: At 1000 hours on ██/██/20██, you were requested to neutralize SCP-682. You successfully removed all traces of SCP-682 from reality for 3 minutes before restoring the specimen completely. Why?

SCP-XXXX: I did not anticipate the little one's impact during the crisis. Along with the difficulty in maintaining the little one's continued non-existence, I undid the deletion.

Dr. Waltz: So keeping SCP-682 alive is necessary for our survival?

SCP-XXXX: The little one's contributions are substantial during the coming crisis, yes.

Dr. Waltz: Jesus Christ. What did you do to it, exactly? How did you destroy SCP-682?

SCP-XXXX: Chronal deletion. I manipulated cause-and-effect and erased the initial cause.

Dr. Waltz: As in you erased it from history? No paradoxes?

SCP-XXXX: In a sense. I was surprised it did not work in this instance. The little one's regenerative abilities are different from what I recall. Better. More substantial.

SCP-XXXX: I'd like to meet with the little one to apologize if possible. And to give my thanks for its efforts in mitigating the resultant paradoxes, even if unnecessary.

Dr. Waltz: You've met something like SCP-682 before?

SCP-XXXX: I doubt they were the same but I've met a species that were remarkably similar. Aggressive to a fault but noble and powerful.

Dr. Waltz: Let's get back on track. So chronal deletion did not work. Do you have any idea why it didn't?

SCP-XXXX: No. I succeeded in removing the initial cause but I noted that the little one would return to existence after 3 days and 2 hours. Adding to the little one's contributions to the crisis, I elected to undo the chronal deletion and restore the original timeline.

Dr. Waltz: I see.

Dr. Waltz: Why do you use the phrase 'little one' for SCP-682?

SCP-XXXX: It is the closest analogue I could determine for SCP-682. The phrase 'little one' refers to the juvenile stage of the species I had met before.

SCP-XXXX: I would need to question the little one if they wish to be addressed as such however.

Dr. Waltz: Well, thank you for your time and effort, SCP-XXXX. I will be taking my leave.

SCP-XXXX: ████, before you go, the little one made a few compelling arguments while entangled in the temporal lattice I would like to address. Can I request to meet the little one again?

SCP-XXXX: Of course, █████████. I see no reason not to.

Dr. Grant: So you're looking for a hero then? What kind of qualities are you looking for?

SCP-XXXX: Bravery, ingenuity, cruelty, cunning, apathy. It is difficult to say. It depends on the crisis.

Dr. Grant: What kind of crisis are we facing then?

SCP-XXXX: A large one. Larger than any I have seen. I have been debating the need to train more than one hero because of it. The crisis has the potential to seep past this dimension into those around it.

Dr. Grant: I can relate. All the more reason to work with us then.

Dr. Grant: We'll have the next batch of candidates sent to you next week.

SCP-XXXX: I thank you for the opportunity and I appreciate the effort. I simply have one request however. Can I receive a wider array of candidates? Most if not all are not appropriate for what you need.

Dr. Grant: Oh? How are they not suitable?

SCP-XXXX: I've trained a few, but I am curious as to why you think I was looking for a human.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a wax phonograph disc dated to the late 1880's, believed to be among the first examples of the technology. SCP-XXXX contains a recording of a telephone conversation and is noted for its unusual clarity. SCP-XXXX was discovered at an auction of scientific antiques and was claimed to have been recorded and owned by inventor, [REDACTED]. SCP-XXXX's contents may be understood by sentient beings regardless of language, intelligence, or disability once played. The information contained in SCP-XXXX, once broadcast through the electromagnetic spectrum, travels instantaneously to all available receivers to a distance dependent on the energy used in the transmission at a function of e^V/10. Receivers outside the range do not receive the signal. These properties are unaffected by telekill alloys. Due to its age and fragility, copies have been created referred to as SCP-XXXX-1 to ██.
