SCP XXXX

Description
SCP XXXX is a village of people who have extensive knowledge of many SCP ranging from all sites across the world. The presumed leaders of the village have got SCP heads. To be specific they have SCP 173 , SCP 049 and SCP 682 as a head.

Procedure
SCP XXXX is to be monitored all times to ensure that nobody exits or enters the premises. If anyone does they need to be interviewed at what they saw and hear, then they are to be given Class C amnestic. Every week the foundation sends people to clean out any SCP props made and are incinerated. Any statues erected of any SCP are to be destroyed immediately. Any access is to be denied to everyone.

SCP XXXX was first discovered when a post on social media post showed three men that looked exactly as SCP 173, 682 and 049. The foundation though it was a breach of secrecy and the men were wearing masks that they created. MTF squad Pi-1 was dispatched to interrogate them. When they arrived at the village, they found the three men still wearing the masks. They were surrounded by a small group of people who had created a few props that strongly resembled those that are in foundation containment.
The MTF squad put the whole village on lockdown and started interrogating the people on how they know about the SCP. When MTF squad MTF Pi-1 tried to get one of the three men for interrogation the other two followed. It was thought that they are all attracted to each other.

Addendum 1
When Dr. Rhett questioned the three men they provided extensive knowledge to all many popular SCP. It seems the list is small and that the SCP that were mentioned are all part of different sites and areas.
As a curiosity Dr. Bischt asked if they had any questions before they went to a test. The men each responded with a question which all showed hints of a breach that never happened.

“Is Agent Skinner and Dr Maynard working at the foundation? They are clearly Chaos.” Dr Maynard or Agent Skinner never did work at any foundation and are believed to not be any chaos agents. Dr [REDACTED] thought that the foundation should ask Chaos if they did have them working there, but knowing the relationship between the two groups it would be unlikely. _{[Addendum 2]}

“Does 079 have access to the doors?” Knowing protocol, the Dr. Rhett answered no but asked for a check since at the time it was thought they could read the future.

“what happened to 682 after the onsite warhead was set off?” This confused everyone in the room, including the other two men. One of them answered “Amin Oliver disabled the nukes and contained 106”
Dr. Bischt asked who Amin Oliver is. “He is the main protagonist.” Was the answer. This confused everyone even more. When asked of what he was the protagonist all their answer was “of the SCP Game.”
MTF knowing that the foundation would have found out if there was a game about SCP. They would have found it and deleted it within seconds.

Addendum 2
SCP XXXX was given class [REDACTED] amnestic. Following right after the application of the amnestic they were sent back to their interview room. Dr. Rhett asked for his name and none of them could recall it. However, when they asked about their faces they replied that they the heads are part of SCP.
When asked what they can tell them about the SCP foundation they recalled all information they mentioned before.

Note- The Anomalous powers they have are thought to be Reading the future and partial amnestic immunity .

Alternate Foundation Draft

SCP XXXX

Object class - Safe

SCP XXXX is a cupboard leading to an alternative universe. It was discovered after 05/5 was lost after visiting a level 4 researcher in person after requested to do so by said researcher. The researcher was questioned of the disappearance of 05/5.
Nearest MTF to detain the researcher as soon as possible requested by the 05 council.
MTF Beta was the nearest and went to the house. After an thorough search around the house they found nothing of importance. It was when they were told to extract the place and form a perimeter.
Days passed and they thought both people were lost and deceased. when packing up they saw 05/5 emerge from the ground with level 4 researcher with a third person. The third person was identified as a civilian living in Australia.

7 - Where did you go?

5 - Researcher sent me to another dimension. It was an exact replica of our world, But the SCP foundation is ran by Civilians.

7 - Elaborate more please.

5 - Oh right… Well they sent me and Researcher to site XX and showed us around.

7 - Why though? Did they recognise you?

5 - No… [Chuckles] No they recognise the logo. They saw my clearance card. So please allow me to explain what I saw.

5 - Alright so once we arrived at the site they took us to the Keter wing to compare worlds. They showed us to SCPXXX. But on the
way we went past 096.

7 - I'm confused? 096 was roaming the facility?

5 - Yes, when I saw him I looked down. Thought I was dead. Though I was fine. Everyone laughed at me.

7 - Are you ok? Were they understanding?

5 - Yeah. They explained to me why he didn't attack. They said it was because they got someone to go hug him, they kept hugging it for over 5 hours whilst saying "It's ok." " Everything is fine." etc.
