Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5017 is to be kept in a 7 meter by 8 meter by 6 meter log cabin located near the summit of ████ ████, Colorado facing the east. SCP-5017 is to be allowed to freely roam the surrounding wilderness and even allowed some interaction with whoever or whatever might be wandering near "his territory", with constant observation . However if any violent conflict between SCP-5017 and said entity occur, the entire mountain is to be evacuated and several clean up crews are to be deployed.
Description: SCP-5017 is a 6'3, 23yr old White Hispanic male of an average muscular build, with his face covered in many scars and his left eye a milky white, presumed blind in said eye, however SCP-5017 assures he was blessed by the Moon Goddess and sees beyond our physical realm. Usually SCP-5017 dresses in a typical blue pants and a green shirt, wearing military issued boots.
Once the full moon is in the night sky however, SCP-5017 enters his cabin at sun fall, only to exit the cabin dressed in full black pants, shirt and a cloak with a hood of unknown material that seems to distort and move light around it, allowing SCP-5017 to blend in to the darkness with more efficiency. SCP-5017 wields a shiny white sword on a dark black hilt. When asked for how he obtained this weapon, SCP-5017 says he used the darkness in his soul to capture a ray of the moons glory. SCP-5017 will then proceed to travel down the mountain and walk 12miles east to the town of ████████ ███████, Colorado. It should be noted that despite walking 12 miles should take an average adult around 3 hours, as soon as SCP-5017 reaches the base of ████ ████, SCP-5017 seems to just appear in a random place in ████████ ███████.
Once in ████████ ███████, SCP-5017 will proceed to target any civilians committing crimes, once confronted, SCP-5017 will give them a two options, repent to him their crimes and allow him to punish them accordingly, or let him have fun. If the latter is chosen SCP-5017 will proceed to use his sword to quickly disembowel the victim, cutting them across the face of their stomach causing their organs to spill out. SCP-5017 will proceed to reach inside and rip the victim
