SCP-10178 Radharc Deiridh

Origins:—:-Radharc Deiridh, commonly referred to as the Radharc, Gaelic(Irish) for "Final Sight", SCP-10178. A creature that ransacked villages in the Northwest region of Clare sense the early 1700's. An SCP containment branch in England caught wind of the creature, and sen\t out to capture it in 2009.
Several units where sent, 7 of the 9 have yet to be found, 1 however, recovered, all agents, dead, the final unit of 12 captured the Radharc, 5 agents died and 4 severely injured, in the year 2010. Researchers
are unsure as to whether or not there are more, or how old the detained specimen is. The Radharc is actually quite intelligent and playful, it appears to have been aggravated by the villagers causing aggressive behaviors.

Creature is almost entirely blind, due to an injury of unknown origin, she does not like being startled.

Creature is responsive to "Jasmine" likely a nickname given to her by a previous human bond

Jaw strength almost as incredible of that of a Hippopotamus.

Seems to have taken a liking to salted crackers, will listen to command if rewarded, aggravated if unrewarded.

Enjoys pets, can be mounted if fed and relationship is strong.

Will accept containment if pen/cage is 20 feet by 20 feet and 15 feet tall minimum/ 6 meters by 6 meters and 7 meters tall minimum

Conclusive Detainment Procedure:—:- Calm down "Jasmine" by repeating the following "Hey Jasmine, calm down, it's okay". Offer a treat, DO NOT offer meat, she will see you as a hunter, she is intelligent, offer crackers, carrots, fruits or tree bark. Offer by holding out the food and stating, "I brought you a treat, you can trust me" tap your heel against the ground lightly, she will know where you are and move to you. Once you have fed her pet her, talk to her, after she begins to purr say "walk with me Jasmine" and tap your heel. Walk to designated containment, hold hand on her back the entire time, talk to her and feed her. Treat here as a friend and pet, not a subject.
