Special Containment Procedures: SCP-TBA is located at our Facility TBAX in [REDACTED].As of 06/17/2009 the facility is still overrun. A perimeter has been put in place around the surrounding location in efforts to keep any further incidents from happening until said Facility (FROM THIS POINT FORWARD IS DESIGNATED Facility TBAX) has been secured. Once captured SCP-TBA will be fitted with a Sedation Collar and placed into a special 5x8 containment pod and moved to our facility in Antarctica . Sedation will be administered remotely every 4 hours or as needed. Sedation collars will have to be replaced every 24 hours. During transfer a minimum of five(5) armed security personal will be in place to make sure transfer is not compromised.
(UPDATE) Tactical Response Teams have been issued to secure Facility TBAX and gather any information that will lead to an explanation of what happen.
Description:
SCP-TBA facial features are unremarkable except for a misshapen skull. Body slim with almost no muscle mass. It resembles a malnourished adult female. Its Skin color is mostly grey with green and purple mottling and has a hunched posture. Index fingers on both hands appear longer than other fingers. Feet unremarkable except for toenails, which are black in color? Unidentified green substance is discharging from nail bed. Unknown if substance is venomous at present. From first inspection it seems the creature is presumed to female due to visual female anatomy being present. Arms of the subject are disproportioned with the rest of the subject's body with lengths of reaching out to 1.5m.

Before SCP-TBA was acquired it was part of illegal test experiments being held by an Outside organization on the southern island located in the ██████ region. The test subjects were all young girls between the ages of 5 and 18. SCP-TBA was the only subject to survive the testing, and was referred to as "Eleanor" as shown by a sign on her cell. 06-11-2009O5 Council is made aware of illegal testing done by outside Organization.
06-12-2009O5 Council voted in favor of sending Mobile Task Forces to look into possible threat against The Foundation from an outside Organization.
06-14-2009 Mobile Task Forces locates HOT ZONE and establishes mobile command post.
04:00:00 Bravo, Charlie, Delta Response Teams mobilize and approach HOT ZONE. Bravo stands by until cordons are set.
04:20:23 Delta establishes outer cordon.
04:22:38 Charlie establishes inner cordon. No contact has been made.
04:26:48 Bravo requests permission to enter HOT ZONE.
04:27:58 HR Request approved to enter.
04:28:00 HR Bravo enters the building and began clearing process
05:20:22 HR Bravo Reports that the HOT ZONE above-ground floors has been abandoned.
06:58:14 HR After Further inspection the bodies of up to 50 test subjects all at different levels of decomposition have been found and bodies of Possible Researchers have been recovered.

Bravo: [When we descended a set of 15 steps….we entered a long corridor maybe no more then 9m long. There doesn’t seem to be any other halls, just a holding cell.]
Bravo: [There doesn’t seem to be any light down here and my flashlight doesn't seem to be reaching the back…also…no vents for air…making it very hard to breathe… how the hell would this kid is alive ???]

After only 48 hours of being held at Facility TBAX after removal from "HOT ZONE" The Foundation received the following message.
If anyone is receiving this message Facility██ has been compromised…. i repeat Facility has been compromised….. SCP-TBA has broken containment and during escape has breached and released other SCPs housed here… I’m bleeding out…I’m locking down the facility no one else is alive…may god have mercy on my soul
After receiving last message the O5 Council members are holding an Emergency meeting
6/16/2009-O5 Council member █, █, ██ overlooking Facility TBAX has made a motion to Decommission Facility TBAX and Terminate remaining SCPs. Motion approved
6/17/2009- O5 Council motions to send in Tactical Response teams to either recover or terminate any hostile SCPs while re-securing Facility TBAX Motion approved
