Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5### is to be contained in a standard reinforced humanoid containment cell at Site-17. The door to this containment cell may only be locked or unlocked by personal with Level 3 clearance or higher. Only personal who are seen as defiant or uncooperative in their personal lives can be assigned to guard SCP-5###'s cell and the area's around it.
Guards must be given a verbal or writen description of SCP-5###, and if SCP-5### is discovered outside of it's containment cell, it should be returned to it's cell as soon as possible without the use of physical force.
SCP-5### must be assigned a personal psychological therapist at all times, who will be required to attend a session inside it's containment cell once every two days. During a session, SCP-5###'s therapist is required to make and maintain physical contact with SCP-5### for no less than 30 seconds. Outside of these sessions, personal are encouraged to visit SCP-5### and make physical contact with it, however intentionally provoking or angering it in any way is punishable by demotion.
SCP-5### may make requests for certain items, however these items must be approved by a Level 2 personal or higher before they can be granted to SCP-5###.
SCP-5###'s currently assigned therapist is Dr. [WILL BE ADDING THIS LATER].1
Description: SCP-5### appears to be a human male in his mid twenties. It is described as having brown hair and eyes, and is roughly 165cm tall. Subject appears to have retrograde Amnesia and cannot recall any event before [REDACTED]. Subject is mostly docile and appears friendly, however it has proven to have a short temper and will react violently if provoked. Surgical analysis of SCP-5### revealed several foreign objects inside it's body.
SCP-5### has three known anomalous properties, the most dangerous of which being it's enhanced physical strength destructive capacity. During it's time in containment, it has caused major damage to a large amount of Foundation property, equipment and personal, including:
- It's own containment cell
- SCP-073's containment cell (Situation was resolved as SCP-073 was unwilling to leave it's cell at the time)
- An armoured Foundation vehicle
- An interrogation room
- A load bearing wall inside a storage closet
- Two D-Class guards who tried to physically restrain SCP-5###
It is to be noted that this is not due to direct physical strength, as the Subject appears to have difficulty lifting or carrying any weight above 90KG during physical exercise. Rather, this property only applies when SCP-5### actively tries to damage an item via directly attacking it, indirectly attacking it, compressing it or applying tension to it.
SCP-5### is also a Cognitohazard. Anyone who is able to visually or audibly detect SCP-5### looses the ability to perceive any part of SCP-5### or the actions it takes as outside of what that person considers to be "average". Because of this, no person under this effect will show any reaction to anything directly involving SCP-5###. Due to the effects of this Cognitohazard, any person who receives a question from SCP-5### will respond with whatever answer they would normally respond with, regardless of any external factors such as orders from authorities or risk to personal wellbeing. This has proven to be the biggest issue faced with containing SCP-5###, as no matter how much damage it may cause or how many Foundation regulations it may break, no on-site personal will be able to conceive the fact that these actions are worth preventing. Fortunately, SCP-5### is mostly cooperative and doesn't go out of it's way to provoke the Foundation.
SCP-5###'s Cognitohazard can also effect people through videos and photographs of it's body, as well as audio recordings of it's voice. It appears to last for 10 seconds after the affected person can no longer see or hear SCP-5###.
Finally, SCP-5### is has a physical dependency on skin-on-skin human contact, and going for prolonged periods of time without it can have adverse effects on SCP-5###'s body similar to the effects of malnutrition. If the subject ever goes without this contact for 40 hours or more, it will go into a state of physical shock and will lose all motor functions until physical contact is made. It should be noted that during such an event, the Cognitohazard no longer effects anyone and won't until the subject regains the ability to move.
Additional Notes: SCP-5### was initially discovered outside the from entrance of Site-17 on [REDACTED]. It claimed that it came willingly, as it was aware of it's anomalous properties and the damage it could do if left unchecked. It states that it came to the Foundation in the hopes of finding a "cure" for it's anomalous properties, so that it can join or rejoin society. As of yet, no progress has been made in neutralising SCP-5### since Incident-5###-4.
Additionally, SCP-5### claimed to have been contained by the Foundation previously, however no member of the foundation has any recollection of an SCP similar in any way to SCP-5###. Further research into data given by SCP-5### show that it may be in some way related to what happened at [DATA EXPUNGED].
