Special Containment Procedures: SCP-#### has been allocated a standard humanoid containment cell and given free access to roam the facility. However SCP-#### should never leave the facility for any reason. SCP-#### is to be contained in a reinforced humanoid containment cell unless under the supervision of a Class 2 or higher personal. The door should only be able to be locked and unlocked from the outside. Requests from SCP-#### for items may be approved by a Class 3 or higher personal.
SCP-#### has been allocated daily visits by a psychological therapist, during which time physical contact must be made for a minimum of 10 seconds. Outside of these visits, communication and physical contact with SCP-#### is highly encouraged, however intentional aggravation of SCP-#### shall be punished with demotion.
Should SCP-#### be discovered outside its containment cell without Class 2 supervision, it should be escort back as soon as possible, although using physical force is not recommended. Afterwards the area where SCP-#### was located must be inspected by another person. In the case that SCP-#### is found to be incapable of movement, physical contact is to be made immediately and maintained for 20 seconds after it regains motor functions.
Description: SCP-#### is a Caucasian Human Male. Several areas on its torso have scar tissue, including one major scar running diagonally along its back. X-Ray analysis has shown pieces of concrete, congregated metal and [REDACTED], seemingly as some form of shrapnel. SCP-#### also seems to suffer from a form of mild amnesia, unable to recall anything between the years 2013 and [REDACTED].
SCP-####'s physical strength is far greater than that of any regular human. He has been documented to have caused severe damage to or destroyed several objects and locations at Site-17, including:
- A Foundation vehicle
- An interrogation room
- It's original containment cell
- SCP-073's containment cell
- [DATA EXPUNGED]
SCP-####'s primary anomalous property is a Memetic effect that triggers when SCP-#### is seen, heard, or otherwise detected by another human being, and lasts for 10-30 minutes after direct observation of SCP-#### ceases. This Memetic Effect causes others to consider SCP-#### and any action it takes to be nothing more or less than ordinary, regardless of the actual magnitude or severity of the action. This Memetic effect works regardless of how SCP-#### is observed, whether or not it is obscured, and SCP-####'s own desires. However, this memetic effect does not appear to work through a video or audio recording if it's face is not directly visible. People affected by SCP-####'s memetic properties will also become increasingly violent if the idea that any aspect of SCP-#### is abnormal is presented to them.
One major side effect of this anomaly is that any request made by SCP-#### will be answered with an answer that the individual would typically respond with, regardless of circumstance.
