Special Containment Procedures: Free entry during day. At evening every civilian must be escorted out by force.

Description: At day it is safe. At night it transitions to Keter class due to unknown infection spread via unknown means. Civilians may enter during day. Once night everyone except for MTF may not enter Chernobyl. If someone enters at night amnesiac property's or termination are viable. Multiple civilian reports of unknown creatures coming out of [[REDACTED]]. Source seems to come from the main reactor of Chernobyl. 0-5 Council has agreed to keep it secret. Saying, "If this gets out, we must reveal ourselves." Awaiting 0-5 Council approval for further investigations of the main reactor. There is nothing known other than this. IT IS DEADLY.
