Addendum C-2: Level 1 authorization required:
On 01-19-20██ SCP-049 Managed to break containment during a critical system failure. During the period while the system was down, management lost access to Door Access, Ventilation, [Expunged]. T-60 minutes from system failure, Management regained Access to the facility.
The following SCPs were able to break out containment during the period
- SCP-610
- SCP-049
- SCP-███
- SCP-███
After T-20 minute from complete system restoration SCP-049, SCP-███, SCP-███ were all detained. In the process dismissing ███ personnel. However, regarding SCP-610 was no longer in containment and assuming SCP-610 was free from containment, a code red situation was triggered by Dr. ███. After exactly 49 minutes from the Code Red Alert, Management recovered Camera Log ███ in SCP-610's containment.
Upon Analysis, on timestamp ███:███:███ SCP-610 represented erratic behavior, T-3 minutes after Critical System Failure. Upon additional examination, SCP-610's behavior seemed to be due to the presence of SCP-049 which, entered the containment chamber of SCP-610 and started ███. SCP-610 showed behaviors and characteristics of, Melting, ██████, Retaliation, Screaming. On the other hand SCP-049, was simply repeating the statement "The ███ Was Not ███". Dr. ███ Whom had has an encounter with SCP-049 showed behavior relating to moderate psychological stress, and has exited the room.
From then on, SCP-610 was replaced from Keter Class to Neutralized and his current containment located at ██████, is being investigated for further examination and ██████.
As for SCP-049, However, unlike expected behavior observed from a similar occurrence, SCP-049 showed extreme aggression towards any new subjects and has halted any performance of surgery. SCP-049 was later observed forming “tonics” which was later on recovered and classified as SCP-███. Furthermore Whenever Dr. ███ enters the containment field, SCP-049 seemed to have elevated pace of movement and speech. Dr. ██████, has been removed from further interactions with SCP-049 in prevention of ██████.
I seemed to have triggered a competition between SCP-049 ever since I've stated his cure faulty. If there is one thing I know, Doctors are often quite competitive and confident in their methods. I have made a mistake. I shouldn't have doubted him. I shouldn't have.
