Special Contaminate Procedures: Scp-4030 is to be contained in a concrete room fully plated with titanium steel plates inside the cell and out. The room is 10x10x10x10 feet in length. No personal are allowed inside unless for research purposes. If Scp-4030 shows any sign of of disrest or expansion then the facility is to go into lockdown and the situation is classified as a containment breach. The cell has 4 surveillance cameras on each of the corners of the cell. The cell is to be recorded and surveiled at all times.The cell also is connected to a tube that sucks garbage and dispenses it to the cell. The cell is to be cleaned once a week and checked for cracks or openings in the titanium plates two times a week
Description: Moved to Area 2. Origin is not yet known. SCP-4030 is a blue blob made of a rubbery,unknown substance. It also has two eyes and and a teethless mouth. In docile state, it is 5 feet high and 4 feet wide.
SCP-4030-1 is a clone of Scp-4030. It was found in SCP-4030's cell. It looks exactly like SCP-4030 but smaller by 3 feet. When questioned about SCP-4030-1, SCP-4030 refuses to comply. SCP-4030-1 is now in a exact replica of SCP-4030's cell. When security was asked, some said SCP-4030 made SCP-4030-1 by cutting apart of it's self and the part of it grew eyes and a mouth. And others said it just appeared. One even said another SCP in area 2 summoned it.
It has two states it will be in. A docile state and a expandment state. In docile state, is when the SCPs feeds and remains docile and fairly "friendly". The SCP shows no sign of sleep. In expandment state, the SCPs start to expand and grow at will. The largest that it has been seen to grow is 5 meters tall and 10 feet wide. To nuetrilize the threat it uses it's mass to suffocate the threat. It is usually in this mode to neutralize a threat. After threat is neutralized, the SCPs don't eat or do anything to the nuetrilized threat. The SCPs also doesn't seem to know the difference what is a threat and what is not a threat.
It mainly only eats garbage and normal human leftover food. When it eats it dissolves in it's rubbery substance body. All garbage in Site 2 is to be fed to SCP-4030 and 4030-1. SCP-4030-1 and SCP-4030 to be a new kind of trash disposer has been discussed. Somehow the SCPs can also talk despite not having vocal chords.
