Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in an airtight 12ft-by-20ft room constructed such that the ceiling is at least 50 feet below ground at all times. The ceiling of this room is to be exactly 7ft above the floor. This room is to be oxygenated and temperature-controlled to suit average human needs at all times.
The corridor outside of SCP-XXXX's cell must be equipped with a mantrap-style airlock, and any personnel entering the airlock must wear a level-4 hazmat suit and immediately undergo decontamination upon exiting. The inner door between the airlock and SCP-XXXX's cell is to remain locked at all times and must be equipped with a secondary airlock port, through which personnel supply SCP-XXXX with 21 microwavable ration kits per week.
The ceiling of the cell is to be equipped with the following, all securely fastened upside-down: standard indoor carpeting, a high-powered vacuum toilet (with incineration unit), a twin-size mattress, an exercise bicycle, and a small microwave oven. Additionally, the floor is to be equipped with a standard light fixture pointing up, controlled by a wall switch inside the cell, as well as several boxes full of assorted Italian literature and a small shower set over a 4ftx4ft tiled and drained section of floor.
No level 4 or 5 personnel are allowed to enter the containment unit at large until we understand SCP-XXXX's condition and have determined that there is no chance of contagion.

Description: SCP-XXXX is an Italian man, approximately 45 years of age who answers to the name "Luca." Initial medical examination shows no abnormality in gross anatomy, cellular structure, chemical composition, or DNA. For all intents and purposes, SCP-XXXX is a normal adult human. However, for reasons that are still unclear, gravity appears to act on his body as if it were composed of exotic matter with negative mass. This manifests most notably in that SCP-XXXX falls up. He sleeps, stands, and sits on the ceiling, and according to the results of the initial examination, he weighs negative 145 lbs. However, it seems that only SCP-XXXX's living cells have this property; his hair falls, both when attached and when cut, his dead skin falls down as dust, blood samples lost buoyancy as the cells inside died over time, and he "gains" weight (or more accurately, looses un-weight) when he eats food. We are still uncertain what causes this phenomenon.
