Special Containment Procedures: Item SCP-4000 is to be kept in a cryogenic chamber, with enough space in order for it to be unable to move. The chamber must be lined with a high concentrate of Gallium with an atomic mass of 69.723 u ± 0.001 u. The gallium has a reactive affect and temporarily stops its shapeshifting abilities and its current mutation in which allows it to manipulate the blood of animals and humans.
Destination: Item SCP-4000 is currently being help in a high level militarized base located 50 miles beneath the surface of Antartica in a special cryogenic chamber which freezes the Item and disables its mutates anomalies. Item SCP-4000 was found in South Africa, Zulu by the locals and is named Ukufa, meaning Death, Sickness and Downfall in the Zulu language.
Origin: Its origin is unknown and its biological makeup is not of anything on record to CIRP which is 18 scientific groups, each having its own structure, duration and procedures: Scientific Technical Committees (STCs) in 18 different biological areas, the Cross-STC meeting, Collaborative Working Groups(CWGs), the Corporate Members Advisory Group (CMAG) along with a total of 15 others all specializing in individual areas. It is rumoured that its Origin is from an alternate reality in which the evolution of unknown beings far exceeds that of humans.
Capabilities: Item SCP-4000 (Ukufa) has multiple mutated anomalies in its biological makeup in which allows the Item to alter its appearance to the minds of any biological being. The Item SCP-4000 is entirely blind and can only see through a sense of fear in which is emitted off of biological beings i.e. Human, Animals etc. Item SCP-4000 also has the capability to manipulate the cells within the body, primarily the blood cells, being both white and red cells. It can manipulate the white blood cells rapidly to create either cancerous tumours or acid from within the blood which will burn the being in which the Item is killing from the inside or can cause a very quick death using the tumours in which are cancerous.
