Item#. SCP-4395
Object Class: Euclid
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4395 is contained within a Advanced Secure Humanoid Containment Cell in Research Sector-09 at Site-40. SCP-4395 must be sedated and sightless before any attempts to transport it. During transport, SCP-4395 must be secured within a Class IV Humanoid Restriction Harness (including a locking blindfold and extension restraints) and monitored by no fewer than four armed guards.
While SCP-4395 is generally calm with most Foundation personnel, outbursts or sudden changes in behaviour are to be met with lots force. Under no circumstances should any personnel come into direct contact with SCP-4395 during these outbursts. In the event SCP-4395 becomes aggressive, the application of friendly SCPs (L. SCP-999, etc.) has been shown to produce a calming effect on the entity. Once calmed, SCP-4395 generally becomes compliant, and will return to containment with some to little resistance
In order to facilitate the ongoing containment of SCP-4395, the entity is to be provided with the soul of an animal (typically stronger animals, boars, wolves, etc.) once every two weeks for study. The Animal that become instances of no life are to be removed from SCP-4395's containment cell and dumped. SCP-4395 is allowed one human subject a month. During interviews the interviewer must have two armed guards with them.
Description: SCP-4395 is a humanoid entity, roughly 1.8 meters in height, which bears the appearance of a normal human being. While SCP-4395 appears to be wearing the natural clothing for humans and has an black eyeball with purple colors inside, the eyeball is what we called the Cerulean Eye, the hair of SCP-4395 is black with a tint of violent. X-rays indicate that SCP-4395 does have a humanoid skeletal structure.
SCP-4395 is capable of speech of two languages, though tends to prefer English or Cerulean. While SCP-4395 is generally okay and cooperative with Foundation staff, it can become especially irritated or at times outright aggressive if it feels that it is gonna fight or something hurts the Cerulean Eye. Although the exact nature of Cerulean Eye is currently unknown to Foundation researchers, it does seem to be a prized possession to SCP-4395.
SCP-4395 will become hostile with individuals if it wants their soul, often having to be restrained should it encounter such. If left unchecked, SCP-4395 will generally attempt to take the soul any such individual; SCP-4395 is capable of taking souls through direct skin contact. How this occurs is currently unknown, and autopsies of SCP-4395's victims have invariably been inconclusive. SCP-4395 has expressed no emotion or happiness after these takings, indicating that they have done little to take their soul, though will usually seek to get more power to defeat it. The "It" Is Unknown. While the soul was taken after 24 hours the subject dies. An look at the organs show them dusted into nothing.
SCP-4395 has been teaching some personal the language of the Cerulean. Before SCP-4395 sleeps he says this sentence "Bi Ce Mut Dre Ni Hoo," When He Says It Nothing Happens. No personal should try to repeat this sentence, reason is that it could be harmful to your body or grant something. SCP-4395 likes to draw. If A Drawings of SCP-4395 shows a world like ours but destroyed. SCP-4395 calls it the corruption.
