Project Oblivium
Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Keter Euclid
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept on Site-88 in 3m x 3m x 2m cell without any furniture and with all surfaces covered in protective foam padding. Subject is to be monitored constantly with a surveillance system (that has cognitohazard filtering features [SCRAMBLE?]) by at least one Senior Researcher who specialises in study of cognitohazardous and memetic entities and two other members of research staff who preferably posses same knowledge. Should SCP-XXXX take any action deviating from it's usual behaviour or in any way hostile it is to be immediately reported to Site Director and then to Overseer Council.
SCP-XXXX is to be kept in standard humanoid containment cell at Site-06-2-3 equipped in any furniture of subject's liking with exceptions made in file "XXXX-containment restrictions". Subject is to be monitored constantly by at least one of SCP-XXXX research staff.
Subject is to wear straitjacket 24 hours a day, and should only be fed once daily by a staff member trained in handling cognitohazardous and memetic entities. SCP-XXXX may try to communicate with staff intending to start discussion, such attempts are to be completely ignored unless they contain threats and/or suspicious phrases such as those contained in Addendum XXXX/0/1. Additionally any information regarding Foundation and it's actions expressed by subject are to be ignored and considered false
Under no circumstances is SCP-XXXX allowed to handwrite anything on any surface, it may however write using any mechanical or electronic writing machines. Any handwriting equipment is to be kept in at least 750 meters proximity from SCP-XXXX and so are any colourful liquids that could potentially be used to write. Regarding this SCP-XXXX is to be fed only solid's that do not pose a threat of containing colourful juices and given only pure water to drink. If subject takes any effort to cut it's veins or inflict any other self-harm intending use of it's blood as ink immediate action is to be taken to prevent anything being written by the subject.
SCP-XXXX-1 should not be brought closer than 10km to SCP-XXXX. None with clearance level-4 or lower should come in any direct contact with SCP-XXXX-1.
SCP-XXXX-1 is to be contained in a light-containment locker at Site-76, however it is to be directly accesed only by staff with clearance level-3 or higher. Any experiments with SCP-XXXX-1 are allowed only under approval of Site Director on application of Head of SCP-XXXX research team. Those experiments are to be carried out with extreme caution. No individual is allowed to read fragments of the subject longer than fifty (50) pages or be exposed to it longer than fourteen (14) days, after which the reader have to be quarantined for a two weeks and then only released if there are no changes in his/her behaviour.
Update 07/01/2001: On Overseer Council order SCP-XXXX research team is to consist of dr Amanda O. as Head Researcher and 16 junior researchers who's position in Foundation is low and are not widely known. Their identity is to be known only by dr Amanda U████████ and chosen staff members from Site-06-2-3 and kept secret from anyone with clearance level-4 or lower.
Description: Subject is unidentified human male of scandinavian descent, approximately ██-year old.
SCP-XXXX is a former Foundation researcher dr Unroboros. Subject is ██-year old human male of scandinavian descent who showed no anomalous properties prior to Incidemt-XXXX-A (also called Incident Oblivium)
SCP-XXXX was succesfully contained after mentioned incident on ██/██/1991 and have broken out of containment █ times since. Entity appears to be hostile towards majority of Foundation staff - expecially to O5-Council and [REDACTED]. It also is belived to posses precise knowledge about [REDACTED ON ORDER OF O5-2] and level-4 restricted Foundation informations. SCP-XXXX does not however show negative emotions towards dr Amanda U████████; dr Bright; researcher C███; researcher Atkinson [need to check if I can use this surname]; agent T. Wehner and staff with low (1) clearance level [low rank in Foundation hierarchy].
Subject displays no morphological or anatomical aberrations. Cell cycle of it's somatic cells is remarkably slower than normal which results in slower ageing. SCP-XXXX additionally appears to be highly intelligent and malevolent almost to the point of sociopathy however psychological evaluation has not been conducted.
It's anomalous properties are highly unclear. What is known about it is that subject can somehow erase any information about certain object(s)
It's primary anomalous property is ability of erasing all information about object of it's choice by handwriting specific phrases of cognitohazardous nature. Such object once under SCP-XXXX influence can no longer be recalled or remembered again and essentially becomes "anti-meme" which means they are almost instantly forgotten even during one's exposure to them. Those effects are in most cases permanent.
Update 12/02/1993: It is implied by members of Oblivion-Theta team that it is obligatory for SCP-XXXX to have any information relating to individual to affect it with it's abilities. Such information is for example name, designation or even an event that occurred in individuals life.
Update ██/██/2011: It is theorised by Researcher ███████ that SCP-055 might be an object afflicted by SCP-XXXX, however there is no proof of it as [REDACTED] and so the idea is highly contested.
Efforts to convince SCP-XXXX to cooperate have proved unsuccessful, however effects of it's anomalous activity has been observed to cease in some cases. See Addenum.1.2.
SCP-XXXX-1 is a book age of which was calculated with use of radioactive carbon C14 method to be approximately 1200 years. SCP-XXXX-1 is 1117 pages long and written in an poorly-known language and alphabet studies of which were withdrew after Incident Oblivium as it is believed they were the cause of incident, and dr Unroboros' anomalous change. Foundation is in possession of 212 translated pages of SCP-XXXX.
It's cover is made from skin of [further inforamtion needed] with single rune-like unidentified symbol on it. SCP-XXXX-1 contains only few illustrations that serve mostly as infographics regarding text rather than artistic ornamentation. It is divided into 89 chapters.
Addendum XXXX A: Incident XXXX-A
The following file is restricted to personnel with clearance level-4 or higher who have O5-Council's approval on accessing it. Unauthorised access to any information regarding Incident XXXX-A will result in penalty od termination or demotion to class D
The following information is full report on the circumstances of Incident-XXXX-A and the incident itself
Incident XXXX-A Report
SCP's involved: SCP-XXXX
Date: ██/██/1991
Personnel involved: dr Felix Unroboros; O5-Council; Site-06 Director [DATA EXPUNGED]; several researchers from Site-06; unknown number of other Foundation personnel; MTF Alpha-1 ("Red Right Hand"); MTF Gamma-5 ("Red Herrings"); MTF Epsilon-11 ("Nine-Tailed Fox"); MTF Lambda-5 ("White Rabbits"): MTF; Nu-7 ("Hammer Down"); MTF Tau-5 ("Samsara") and MTF-[REDACTED]
Location: Site-06 and surrounding grounds - United States; coordinates ██/██/██
Events prior to incident: On ██/██/1990 dr Felix Unroboros who was a linguistic specialist of Foundation at the time was appointed with a task of translating a book (SCP-XXXX-1) recovered on ██/██/1989 from [DATA EXPUNGED] [have a vague idea of it's origin but might as well keep "DATA EXPUNGED"]. SCP-XXXX-1 had showed no anomalous properties at the time and thus was not considered an SCP-object.
Dr Unroboros studied the book for 7 months without any significant changes in behaviour
Incident XXXX-A: The exact time of incident's start is hard to estimate as changes in behaviour of various Foundation staff members were slight and/or hard to observe. Supposedly first person under the influence was Director of Site-06 [DATA EXPUNGED] who is still under effects of SCP-XXXX and therefore is only theorised to exist at all. The Director [DATA EXPUNGED] started an on-site alarm and issued a communique of anomalous activity. As result of SCP-XXXX actions none knew by whom the massage was broadcasted but the usual containment breach procedures were applied nonetheless.
Following the evacuation of Site-06 was the announcement of Broken Masquerade scenario with instructions from O5-Council to start Procedure Abditus on all Sites and Areas.
Procedure was not started at all as several minutes after first announcement the message was sent to all alarmed infrastructures to abort any action conjoined with Procedure Abditus and to mobilise MTF Alpha-1; MTF Gamma-5; MTF Epsilon-11; MTF Lambda-5; MTF Nu-7; MTF Tau-5 and MTF [REDACTED].
MTF Alpha-1 oversaw entire action on order of O5-█; O5-█; O5-█ and O5-██.
MTF's Epsilon-11; Lambda-5; Nu-7; Tau-5 and MTF [REDACTED] were sent to Site-06 as it was the only Site that had suffered containment breach directly before announcement of Broken Masquerade scenario.
MTF Gamma-5 was dispached to handle eventual information breaches.
Parallel in time to this was an overall chaos on Site-06 and and minor disorder at other Foundation facilities as unknown number of Foundation personnel was afflicted by SCP-XXXX anomalous effects.
Mobile Task Forces then reached Site-06 and identified that dr Felix Unroboros is not present among evacuated Class B personnel. He was then considered under influence of unknown anomaly that caused the incident. It was decided that in such circumstances MTF-[REDACTED] was to find dr Unroboros as he might had led to the anomaly itself, while the MTF Epsilon-11 oversaw Site-06's containment breach protocols. MTF's Lambda-5 ("White Rabbits") and Tau-5 ("Samsara") were sent to investigate the inside of Site-06, with support of MTF Nu-7 ("Hammer Down").
MTF [REDACTED] successfully traced down dr Unroboros, identified him as the cause of incident and disposed him. MTF [REDACTED] consisted of [DATA EXPUNGED] members before action and of 5 members after and thus it is implied that one of MTF's agents got afflicted with SCP-XXXX's anomalous properties. The agent is considered MIA
Afteer successful initial containment of SCP-XXXX by MTF-[REDACTED], MTF's Lambda-5 and Tau-5 finished investigation of Site-06.
On order of MTF Alpha-1 on the day following the incident Site-06 was sealed indefinitely.
MTF Gamma-5 was successful in preventing any information breaches.
Week after incident when SCP-XXXX had been transported to permanent containment the Foundation-wide safety protocols were withdrew and team Oblivion-Theta was assembled to investigate the incident, it's possible implications and to conduct initial research of SCP-XXXX. See Addendum XXXX/0/2 and Addendum XXXX/0/3.
note: Site-06 was moved to other location two months after the incident and recovery of all useful documentation and apparatus
Incident XXXX-A logs
Containment breach announcement from Site-06 supposedly started by Director [DATA EXPUNGED] who is/was under influence of SCP-XXXX's anomalous effects
"To all members of Site-06! There is anomalous activity in the region! Possibly memetic or cognitohazardous! Execute Containment Breach Protocol immediately! I repeat execute Containment Breach Protocol!"
The communique played on loop █ times.
Announcement from O5-Council to start Procedure Abditus
"On Order of Overseer Council all Sites and Areas are to execute Procedure Abditus information of which are now delivered to vital personnel. Personnel which does not receive information is to submit to informed staff."
Announcement from O5-Council to abort Procedure Abditus
"Abort any actions of Procedure Abditus! Stop now! Cease any Procedure Abditus preparations!
Mobile Task Forces' action on Site-06
Mission: Tracking of dr Unroboros"
Team: Mobile Task Force [REDACTED]
Team Commander: ███-C
Team members: ███-1; ███-2; ███-3; ███-4; [DATA EXPUNGED]
███-C: Gadgets checked?
All team members: Checked!
███-C: Two, start tracking. The rest stay sharp. We don't know what anomaly are we dealing with and if we fuck up Alpha-1 will fuck us up.
Members of task force move steadily through thick forrest terrain. ███-2 leads the team with tracking device. Team's commander is at the end covering back. ███-1 and ███-4 cover left wing; ███-3 right.
███-2: We are getting close. Target should be at the edge of nearby ravine.
███-C: Understood. Circumnavigate it.
Task Force members emerge from between the tress and ambush a figure standing on the edge of predicted ravine. They form semicircle around the target which is now approximately 2 meters away from each Task force member. Weapons aimed at target, who as supposed is dr Unroboros.
███-C: Hands on your head! Identify yourself!
Target seems distressed, he looks around possibly looking for escape route
███-C: Hands on head! Are you fucking deaf?
target attempts escape and is then shot in the leg by ███-3
███-C: Three for fucks sake!
███-3: Could you stop swearing so much captain? It's really not nice
███-C: Shut up!
███-1: Three did what he should do. Target tried to flee
███-C: We are supposed to fetch him not kill him. He may have information on the anomaly…
meanwhile target started to write symbols on nearby large rock with it's blood.
███-4: Both of you shut up what is he doing?
███-C: Don't know, take him quickly and… Who the fuck are you?
captain suddenly looks in confusion at seventh [DATA EXPUNGED] who wasn't there before
[DATA EXPUNGED]
all Task Force members aim their guns at [DATA EXPUNGED]
███-3: There's only five [REDACTED] members!
███-1: Is it? Wasn't it six?
███-2: No, three is right it was always commander, me, you one, three, four, and… none…?
███-C: The hell with it! It's messing with our heads. I think we found our anomaly!
[DATA EXPUNGED]
███-4: It's trying to flee!
A few shots is taken towards fleeing silhouette
[DATA EXPUNGED]
The next thing seen is the Task force team dragging unconscious dr Unroboros to emergency camp
███-1: It's him. It's him he is the anomaly! It was the whatever he did when we were distracted that caused all of this!
███-3: All of what? We haven't lost any single man yet on this whole crisis I think. What are you talking about?
███-1: I… don't know really
███-C: Cut the chat!
dr Unroboros was then delivered to camp and successfully, initially contained.
note: the whole mission was registered from cameras mounted in MTF [REDACTED] equipment, but as video posed potential cognitohazard threat it was written into a log and expunged completely

Interview 01 with SCP-XXXX
Interviewer: dr K. ███████ of Oblivion-Theta team
Interviewee: SCP-XXXX
Interview takes place in SCP-XXXX containment cell. SCP-XXXX is restrained in straitjacket and sits on the containment cell's floor. Dr K ███████ sits on his favourite chair that he demanded was brought here for the interview.
<Begin Log 13:57 ██/██/1991>
dr ███████: What happened on ██/██/1991?
SCP-XXXX: What do you know happened? That's your answer
dr ███████: I still would like you to describe those events from your perspective
SCP-XXXX: What for? So you can put it on log in yet another SCP file? You may not consider me Felix Unroboros any longer but I did not lose any knowledge of what I had done when I worked for Foundation. I know precisely how to handle anomalies and I can recognise that I am now treated like one of them. Curiously what number did they give me?
dr ███████: It's irrelevant
SCP-XXXX: So we at least partially understand one another don't we?
dr ███████: What happened on ██/██/1991?
SCP-XXXX: I realised that what Foundation does will eventually lead to very very unpleasant events. How do you think accumulation of tones of gunpowder in one place will end if someone drops a lit matchstick there?
dr ███████: What do you mean by this?
SCP-XXXX: Don't act like an idiot cause I know you're not! If you want specific answer on log then I must disappoint you. I mean that Foundation has a lot of "someones" that want to drop lit matchsticks wherever they can.
dr ███████: So you suggest that Foundation should let just let anomalies out in the wild?
SCP-XXXX: Maybe we would be better off then. Haven't any of you really observed a correlation between intensified Foundation activity and number of anomalous objects recently popping out?
dr ███████: Maybe. Did you posses any anomalous abilities before Incident Oblivium?
SCP-XXXX: Deduce it yourself doctor.
dr ███████: What is the correlation between Incident Oblivium and the book you were ordered to translate?
SCP-XXXX is silent
dr ███████: What is the correlation between Incident Oblivium and the book you were translating?
SCP-XXXX does not respond. It sits in the same pose as before smiling sarcastically
dr ███████: SCP-XXXX what is the correlation?
From this point onward subject refused to cooperate and answer any additional questions.

Interviewer: dr K. ███████ of Oblivion-Theta team
Interviewee: SCP-XXXX
Interview takes place in same environment as Interview 01
<Begin Log 14:00 ██/██/1991>
dr ███████: How are you able erase information about certain object?
SCP-XXXX: Do you really expect me to make mine containment easier for you?
dr ███████: I expect that you'd like to be a free man. If you will cooperate with Foundation you might get realised.
SCP-XXXX: I'm not that naive. By cooperate you mean: "If you let O5's use your anomalous properties to their desire" and by released "You will get a comfier cell".
dr ███████: Okay. Still would be better than Keter level containment don't you think?
SCP-XXXX: Keter? Aw, I feel flattered.
dr ███████: Then your answer is "no" I suppose.
SCP-XXXX: You suppose good.
dr ███████: Is the book that you were translating any threat?
SCP-XXXX: To the Foundation? Maybe. To the individual that reads it? No. It's not even cognitohazardous, you can read all you want.
dr ███████: Why didn't you want to tell of correlation between this book and Incident Oblivium?
SCP-XXXX: Because I did not.
dr ███████: How many Foundation personnel you affected during the incident?
SCP-XXXX: If I told you, you wouldn't have any fun finding out yourselves.
dr ███████: Do you realise that what you did probably destroyed the lives of all people afflicted with your anomaly?
SCP-XXXX: Oh yes. Yes I do.
dr ███████: Why do you show particular hostility towards Overseer Council?
//SCP-XXXX is silent for a moment
SCP-XXXX: Have you ever read "Heart of Darkness" doctor?
dr ███████: Yes, I did.
SCP-XXXX: Every human being has such "heart of darkness" within himself. Then why everyone believes that anyone would do anything purely for "protection of humanity"? The only thing that stops the darkness from sprawling out of a person is society and it's morals - constant fear of one another and judgement. But anonymous life out of society, with unlimited power results in people forgetting that they once swore to "protect".
dr ███████: What do you imply by this?
SCP-XXXX: That some day O5's will be brought back, dying aboard the steamboat heading back to the civilised world and their last words are going to be "The horror! The horror!" [not sure if the footnote is necessary]

dr ███████: What's your relationship with dr Amanda U████████
SCP-XXXX: You are perfectly aware of what it is
dr ███████: What is your connection to researcher Atkinson and agent T. Wehner?
SCP-XXXX: None. They are just people who put their morals higher than orders.
dr ███████: What do you know of [REDACTED]
SCP-XXXX: [REDACTED]
dr ███████: Why haven't you erased all information regarding yourself?
SCP-XXXX: Why should I? Not to get captured?
SPC-XXXX laughs
SCP-XXXX: I wanted you to capture me, so you know what my purpose is. So you know what the Foundation's activity implications are.
dr ███████: And what they are precisely?
SCP-XXXX: I have already told you, however not "precisely".

Test XXXX-1//A01 - ██/██/1991
Subject: Translated fragments of SCP-XXXX-1; D-0387
Procedure: D-0387 who is former linguist convicted for murder of colleague was assigned with reading fragments of SCP-XXXX-1 translated by dr Unroboros prior to Incident Oblivium.
Results: After eight (8) months of systematic exposure to translated fragments of SCP-XXXX-1 D-0387 showed no signs of any anomalous changes.
Test XXXX-1/A02 - ██/██/1991
Subject: Translated fragments of SCP-XXXX-1; D-7346
Procedure: D-7346 who is a former construction worker convicted for murder of his parents was assigned with reading fragments of SCP-XXXX-1 translated by dr Unroboros prior to Incident Oblivium
note: D-7346's ability to read is poor, however sufficient enough to read simple text.
Results: After eight (8) months of systematic exposure to translated fragments of SCP-XXXX-1 D-7346 showed no signs of any anomalous changes.
Test XXXX-1/A03 ██/██/1991
Subject: Translated fragments of SCP-XXXX-1; dr C. ██████
Procedure: Volunteer from Oblivion-Theta team - dr C. ██████ was assigned with reading fragments od SCP-XXXX-1 translated by dr Unroboros prior to Incident Oblivium.
Results: After eight (8) months of systematic exposure to translated fragments of SCP-XXXX-1 dr C. ██████ shoved no signs of any anomalous changes.
Conclusions: Translated fragments of SCP-XXXX-1 seem to have no abnormal effects on individuals who read them.
Test XXXX/B01 - 02/02/1992
Subject: SCP-XXXX-1; Three Foundation linguistic experts
Procedure: Three Foundation linguistic experts were assigned with a task of translating SCP-XXXX-1 in one (1) year time. They were under precise surveillance for whole period of the experiment to track any slight changes in their behaviour.
Results: Experiment was aborted on 29/08/1992 due to changes in behaviour of test subjects which included: Obsession with occult knowledge; chronic, short term memory loses and slight changes in personality. The subjects were quarantined - two of them were let free after quarantine and one had to be terminated due to progressing psychological and supposed anomalous changes.
Analysis: It is heavily implied that study of SCP-XXXX-1 by any individual able to read it at least partially can result in individual gaining anomalous properties (supposedly such as those of SCP-XXXX)
Any further long-term exposure to SCP-XXXX-1 is forbidden as a safety measure to prevent creation of additional SCP-XXXX instances. O5-█

Letter from ██/██/1991
Dear fucking Overseer Council
I'd like any explanation, any reason why are you treating [REDACTED] like a monster. I would like to know why the very person who have been loyal to your stupid cause is now it's enemy. If you want to take him away, research him and God knows what fucking next then alright, but at least give me reasonable answer short of "It's above your clearance"-my ass!
Yes I do remember the Incident XXXX-A and I'm also aware of things regarding it that you precisely kept away from ANY files, just so none knows about them and you can peacefully forget them. I know you want to.
And it is my business not to let you! Remember what you've done to the pure, honourable man!
Do you even allow to yourself information on why he's done what he's done? Probably not but i'l tell you. This damned book not only changed him, but also showed him the [REDACTED]. You know it and I know it. He saw what you'll eventually do, what Foundation's actions will eventually lead to and he decided to stop you.
dr Amanda U████████
note: dr Amanda U████████ is to undergo severe psychological treatment with use of heavy amnestics. O5-7
Update 13/06/1996: dr Amanda U████████ was deemed loyal to Foundation and competent enough after amnestic treatment to come back to work. She is to be dispatched as Head of SCP-XXXX research team and given access level-4 information.
Following is the list and logs regarding objects afflicted with SCP-XXXX’s anomalous effects which were successfully cured from fore-mentioned effects. Such objects from this point forward are to be called SCP-XXXX-NX in this file
SCP-XXXX-N1: Researcher Ronald Taylor - researcher from Site-06 with access to level-2 information.
Date of affliction: ██/██/1991. See Incident XXXX-A
Circumstances of affliction: As said by researcher Taylor himself he got under influence of SCP-XXXX shortly after initial containment breach alert on Site-06. He was reported to had been good friend of dr Unroboros before Incident XXXX-A
Circumstances of recovery: Affliction spontaneously ended on ██/██1991 - 2 months after Incident XXXX-A. Researcher Taylor was then contacted by team Oblivion-Theta and interviewed.
Interviewer: dr A. ████ of Oblivion-Theta team
Interviewee: researcher Ronald Taylor
Interview takes place in dr A. ████'s quarters.
<Begin Log 18:21 ██/██/1991>
dr █████: Good afternoon Mr. Taylor.
researcher Taylor: Good afternoon.
dr █████: Could you tell me how are you feeling currently?
researcher Taylor: Me… I… it’s hard to tell really. I feel conflicted on… on many levels. None knew me. For two months. For whole two months it was like if were never born… as if I never existed… I mean I’m happy it’s over
Researcher Taylor laughs nervously and is visibly distressed. He grabs edges of the table compulsively - supposedly to keep his hands from shaking
dr █████: Did you observe any suspicious behaviour of dr Unroboros before the incident?
researcher Taylor: No… He acted as always. He was consumed by his work, but he’s been like this since I first met him. It was gossiped among staff that he was obsessed with helping the Foundation’s cause from the very beginning of his career…
dr █████: Okay. Did he share progress in his work with anyone?
researcher Taylor: No. He never did. Even with dr Amanda.
dr █████: Could you tell me anything about what happened after you got afflicted with SCP-XXXX’s anomalous effects?
researcher Taylor: I just sort of… haven’t noticed at all at first. I was a little confused. The people I talked to then were the people that barely knew me anyway so at first I just assumed that they forgot… I mean they did but… Later however I went to talk with people I knew well. And they didn’t recognise me. I was trying to explain them who I am. I-I tried and nothing. They freaked out, and then suddenly they forgot again. It was like I haven’t existed at all.. like I haven’t existed… Even when I called my kids! They didn’t know who I was.
At this point interview had to be stopped as researcher Taylor was unable to continue because of psychological meltdown
<End Log 18:36 ██/██/1991>
SCP-XXXX-N2: dr Sophia Ward - Head of SCP-████ research team from Site-19. Clearance level-3
Date of affliction: Supposedly ██/██/1991. See Incident XXXX-A
Circumstances of affliction: Unknown
Circumstances of recovery: Dr Ward’s affliction ended after her suicide attempt on 25/02/1996. She was interviewed after major recovery of her wounds by dr K. ███████ of Oblivion-Theta team.
Interviewer: Dr K. ███████
Interviewee: Dr Sophia Ward
Interview takes place in hospital wing room in which dr Ward is accommodated. dr Ward is laying on bed, dr K. ███████ is sitting on a chair next to it.
<Begin Log 11:00 30/04/1996>
dr ███████: Good morning Mrs. Ward.
dr Ward is quiet. She looks straight forward with glassy eyes
dr ███████: Mrs. Ward?
No response
dr ███████: Mrs. Ward you’ve expressed desire of cooperation, Could you please answer my questions? We can make those interviews as short as you feel comfortable, and schedule them whenever you want…
dr Ward: Just let me die. Remembered or not I no longer have reason to live.
<End Log 11:12>
Any further interview attempts with dr Ward were abolished and she was ordered to undergo psychological treatment
Update: dr Ward once again attempted suicide on 29/11/1996 - this time successfully
note: After short investigation ordered by Ethics Committee it was revealed that dr Ward’s suicidal tendencies were probably caused by her husband marrying another person on ██/██/1994 while she was under SCP-XXXX’s influence. [optional]
SCP-XXXX-N3: O5-8
Date of affliction: ██/██/1991. See Incident XXXX-A
Circumstances of affliction: [REDACTED]
Circumstances of recovery: O5-8 is not considered fully recovered from SCP-XXXX’s effects. Affliction is however inhibited through use of SCP-████
SCP-XXXX-N4: O5-█
Date of affliction: ██/██/1991. See Incident XXXX-A
Circumstances of affliction: [REDACTED]
Circumstances of recovery: Unknown.
