When it is not destroyed yet,SCP-XXXX must be contained on a locked up drawer of table,localized within a 4 m x 4 m x 4 m lead room. That room is localized within an 8 m x 8 m x 8 m titanium,lead and iron-shielded cell at all times. SCP-XXXX must be supervise at all times. Anyone who is not authorized to enter on SCP-XXXX's room must be housed in a psychiatric clinic for one year.
Description:SCP-XXXX is an unknown brand and apparent destroyed notebook found in ██████,Brazil. The reason about the destroyed appearance of the notebook is unknown. The notebook does not need of any internet connection to works and can access normally any internet browser. The notebook has a strange and never seen app called:"World Editor". When that program is used,anything alive on Earth or anything existing or who could exist on universe could be erase,change or create. The limit of power coming from the notebook is unknown. The World Editor is an editor who can create,change or erase any image,video or text archive in the world. When someone changes the image of someone using the World Editor,for example,will change the person real appearance or costumes in real life. If the person who is using the World Editor makes an edition involving physical damage,such physical damage will be caused in the person in real life. If the person who is using the World Editor makes an edition of a nonexistent person,this person will be born in a marked date on the metadata.
The notebook revealed some archives with the name of terrible disasters,what indicates that some of the worst disasters that happened on the world were created for who was using the "World Editor". These disasters archives are video archives,who have an unbelievable edition. Archives about disasters are not the only who exist,one time that already were found another archives about brutal assassins who,for a strange reason,does not exist. According to the archive files:"these assassins will become and will change the world forever". On 09/15/20██,an archive was found. He was called:"The End of The World",what is some kind of prophecy marked to,according the archive,to 10/26/2045. This archive is a text archive,who describe how the end of the world will start and end.
SCP-XXXX must be destroyed because he makes everyone become a disturbed person. Anyone who used the notebook and stop to using for a 15 hours period or acquired any information about it,what includes this report,is disturbed by a creature named "SCP-XXXX 2.0".
SCP-XXXX 2.0 is a large greenish creature with 2,5 meters and 81 KG. SCP-XXXX 2.0 has a metal body and six arms,used by strangle anyone who tries to fight him. SCP-XXXX 2.0 has a bone tail,with six thorn in each side. There is no photo of SCP-XXXX 2.0,one time that according to the persons who saw the SCP said that he is the scariest thing that they have seen in their lives. A strange information about the SCP is that he has not a head. SCP-XXXX 2.0 just disappear when the people back or start to use notebook. The person need to back to use it after a 15 hours period. If the person o not use the notebook for a long time,the creature will try everything to make the person's life become an indescribable hell. Some members of the SCP Foundation classified SCP-XXXX 2.0 like the real SCP-XXXX,one time that,for an unknown reason,he wants to make everybody create and destroy things using the notebook. The notebook would be just a tool to make his plans come true.
