Michael Lindberg first came to the foundations attention during an investigation into a murders of young women in Århus, Denmark. A local agent spotted Michael committing the murder of an young brunette woman. The agent stalked Michael back to the location he took the bodies of his victims to confirm weather it involved anything of an anomalous nature. Michael took the body and survival gear into a room without coming out again. After one week of Michael not leaving the room, the agent reported back to HQ and an official investigation began. Foundation agents raided the apartment and found several things of interest. In the apartment, a computer with substantial files on the anomaly now known as SCP-2196 was found, as well as the anomaly itself. After all files and the itself anomaly where analyzed, it was concluded Michael had lived with and studied SCP-2196 for five years.
