SCP-5126 : The bird-noise demon

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5126 is to be contained in its area, a 5.3 mile (*8.5 km) by 8.2 mile (*13.2 km) space near the canadian border, at all times. This area itself is considered as District C-26, and is surrounded by towers, which measure approximately 14 meters in height. Security personnel are required to monitor cameras, and are prohibited from leaving their post unless necessary. A radar is present at each tower to locate SCP-5162 when needed. There is to be absolutely no personnel within District C-26 at any given time, If personnel were to enter the restricted zone their safety is not guaranteed. In the case that said personnel do survive, they will be placed in a psych ward due to the effect that the area possesses.
SCP-5162 is fed 6 times a day and can only be fed by lift. The lift can go no less than 20 meters within the air, and is required to release the food then and only then. 5162 is to be fed on SCP-5162-M or a modified moose species, created by the foundation. A plantation nearby (Plant ███) breeds these species. SCP-5162-M have faster growth rates and can mature within days of birthing.
It is highly recommended to stay in either the towers posted or at least 2 meters from the walls, as SCP-5126 is unpredictable. If a sweet scent were to be noticed by a member, they are required to report it immediately. If an emergency were to occur, all personnel are to evacuate to the nearest tower in their sector. The towers are placed at each corner of the area, along with 6 being in-between the Northeast and Southwest walls and 2 in-between the Northwest and Southeast walls. The walls consist of 10 layers of concrete and an electrical metal fence above it, facing towards the inside of District C-26. District C-26 itself is surrounded by a building for research purposes, and the entirety of the area is classified as Site-56. The walls around District C-26 measure to approximately 10.1 meters, which includes the fence, and must be checked for leaks, cracks, and holes daily.
