Special containment procedure: SPC-5698 Is to be contained in a 3x3 feet regular room with silk black fabric covering the box. Due to this if research or experiments are to be conducted its mandatory to wear a pair of tinted sunglasses with a strong UV light if black curtains are to be taken down for observations. Visual observation on SCP-5698 should be supervised by no more then 1 guard or level 2 personal.
Description: SPC-5698 resembles a small plastic doll with synthetic hair. No labels or markings are seen on the doll for tracking its original owner/s, it bears no facial structure just rounded plastic and one eye. The eye seems to be made out of an unknown material still being researched, upon a darker setting the eye will glow and florescent green and tend to effect humans. This effect will cause the personal who are not wearing protective gear in a 10 ft radius to go blind and or have a mutation of the eye where the cornea is dissolved and skin is attached the bottom of the eye almost resembling shiny plastic with no scaring, observation proves no features like scaring or hair,acne etc are not present. Upon finding the doll the foundation was called out to an odd power source admitting an "ear piercing noise" said by a local farm owner. The doll was found in the middle of a crossroad with no surrounding houses in a one mile radius on the farmland of Arizona █████████ on July 19th 2006
The doll has little communication with the staff mostly asking for someone named "papa nick" this has happened on multiple occasions. No X-rays have yet to been done due to the staff wondering if it is truly safe for personal to do so due to the affects of the doll in a certain amount of ft. the experiments will continue progression and its movement is to be watched at all times, origins of the doll have yet to be found

SCP-5698 : No.
Dr. Samosan : SCP-5698 Do you have a creator or owner?
SCP-5698 then appears to get aggravated then visibly upset before SPC-5698 starts making a high pitched noise which causes the interview to stop early. This will be carried on in the upcoming weeks.
