Special Containment Procedures: Due to SCP-XXXX's anomalous nature, any attempts of containment have been deemed ineffective, thereby, SCP-XXXX is to be monitored 24/7, with on-site researchers rotated every 12 hours. SCP-XXXX is currently monitored within an abandoned building, resembling that of a traditional Japanese household. No other implementations were added to its containment.
If SCP-XXXX enters its hunting phase, SCP-XXXX is to give the location and the type of event its target (SCP-XXXX-2) is causing, before leaving the facility. MTF Nexus-1 ("The Hiding Eyes") is to be dispatched to said location immediately while also following SCP-XXXX's path of the chase. Once SCP-XXXX locates and initiates an attack on the SCP-XXXX-2 instance, MTF Nexus-1 is to support SCP-XXXX by preventing any attempts of interfering with SCP-XXXX's actions, made by any external party that may be present. Any actions taken by SCP-XXXX and any further incident that had taken place before and after its attack phase, are to be reported to Dr. Suzuki.
After SCP-XXXX has eliminated the SCP-XXXX-2 instance, MTF Nexus-1 is to cover up any remnants of SCP-XXXX's presence in the scene. The method of concealing SCP-XXXX existence differs from the type of event1 SCP-XXXX-2 has caused:
- Type-1: MTF Nexus-1 must remove any evidence of SCP-XXXX's presences from the victim's body and is to be replaced by constructed evident material that will mislead the public security/medical force into the assumption of the cause of the victim's death is by a potential accident or suicide. Any survivors that witnessed the event are to be treated with Class-A amnestics.
- Type-2: Once SCP-XXXX-2 has been eliminated from the premises, the area is to be isolated and any collateral damage that may be left behind by SCP-XXXX-2 must be repaired. If any civilians were to witness the event or see the damage it has caused, Class-A amnestics are to be treated to said witness.
- Type-3: If MTF Nexus-1 were to arrive at the said location before the residents (If any) within the building fell victim to SCP-XXXX-2 "curse". MTF is to recover the residents, with attempts of avoiding SCP-XXXX-2. After SCP-XXXX has eliminated the SCP-XXXX-2 instance, the building is to be closed down or put into foundation custody until further notice. Any recovered civilians are to be treated with Class-A amnestics.
SCP-XXXX, thereafter, must return to containment, guided by MTF Nexus-1
Description: SCP-XXXX appears to be a humanoid like figure, formally referring to itself as "Daisuki", measuring 180cm in height with relatively normal facial features and upper body anatomy. Distinctive features include:
- A large indent located in middle of the chest with vein like structures surrounding in a spiral image.
- Pale blue skin tone with red aesthetics around its abdomen and limbs, forming a cracking like design.
- The abdomen is replaced with a large mouth like structure consisting of approximately 60 large spiked teeth and 4 tongues, each measuring 2 meters in length.
SCP-XXXX is claimed to be an entity referred to as a "Cursed spirit". Motives of SCP-XXXX are said, to locate and eliminate any and all SCP-XXXX-2 instances. In order to achieve this goal, SCP-XXXX has claimed to have an innate sense of SCP-XXXX-2's location (It is worth noting, SCP-XXXX's innate sense is not accurate and is only able to sense the location in which the SCP-XXXX-2 instances have manifested, but not the location of the instances itself.). Regardless of distance, SCP-XXXX would immediately begin to pursue the SCP-XXXX-2 instance.
SCP-XXXX is able to grow a species of Lycoris radiata (Red Spider lily)2 on the palms of its hand. SCP-XXXX uses these flowers as weapons against SCP-XXXX-2 instances, by using the sharp end of the stem of the flower to penetrate SCP-XXXX-2's physical manifestation. In doing so, weakens or exposes the SCP-XXXX-2 instance to SCP-XXXX allowing it to "seal away" the SCP-XXXX-2 instance. It would use the large mouth located in its abdomen to consume and absorb the SCP-XXXX-2 entity into its own body.
SCP-XXXX-2 instances are non-corporeal entities with a desire to torment or kill specific humans. They are also known by on site staff members and by SCP-XXXX as "onryō"3 which gives a brief explanation to it's motives. SCP-XXXX-2 instances generally resemble humanoid figures with both male and female variants however, are able to change form in regards to how they affect the victim. SCP-XXXX-2 commonly appear one at a time, however, after the extensive involvement of the foundation with SCP-XXXX's actions, two to three instances would appear, making SCP-XXXX develop a more hostiles behavior when pursuing them. SCP-XXXX-2 instances have shown to cause 3 types event:
- Type-1: The SCP-XXXX-2 instance would posses a human individual and make the said victim commit numerous, murderous actions, such as, homicide, arson, etc.
- Type-2: SCP-XXXX-2 would appear as a separate entity, "cursing" or killing any civilians that pass by the area in which it has manifested. Common locations include, Dark alleyways, streets, vacant lots, construction sites, etc.
- Type-3: SCP-XXXX-2 manifest within buildings, mainly households consisting of residents, and begin to torment and kill the said residents and move on to the next building after no more live subjects are within the current building.
During its idle phase, SCP-XXXX roams within its containment, occasionally interacting with items within the abandoned house. At this phase SCP-XXXX makes no attempt to escape.
During its hunting phase, after it has detected an SCP-XXXX-2 instance, SCP-XXXX will become hostile and escape containment and pursue towards SCP-XXXX-2's location. If they are any attempts to stop SCP-XXXX during its pursue, SCP-XXXX will begin to be hostile towards the opposing party by threat of murder or cannibalisms.
Discovery
SCP-XXXX was discovered on February █████, ██████, ██████████, Japan, after numerous incidents proclaiming the deaths of multiple individuals were reported. During this time frame, local eye witnesses reported seeing an anonymous humanoid figure near the crime scene, moments after their deaths. The police force confronted the entity, with armed guns and started shooting it. The police claimed the bullets phased through the entity, leaving it unharmed. This caught the attention of the foundation, leading to an investigation in the city.
Traces of the entity led the agents to an abandoned, traditionally styled, Japanese house, located in an isolated mountain range, approximately 100 km from ██████ city, in which the entity, now referred to as SCP-XXXX, was found. After the agents waited for MTF to arrive, the entity did not show any resistances towards the agents nor the MTF’s intrusion, however, it portrayed signs of annoyances towards them. SCP-XXXX was instructed by MTF to fall into their custody, however, it refused. MTF then threatened SCP-XXXX by stating, if it didn’t comply to their orders, they will use force. This resulted in the deaths of three MTF soldiers and a warning by SCP-XXXX, stating, if any foundation members attempt to remove it from its residence, SCP-XXXX will face them with severe hostility. This led to the foundation, creating containment procedures, surrounding the household.
Upon investigating, the room located on the second floor of the house was found to have been used for a ritual of sorts, which was indicated by numerous symbols draw throughout the walls of the room and multiple items found, placed ritualistically on a pentagon shaped symbol on the floor, in middle of the room. These items were retrieved for further investigation. The items include:
A well-preserved, framed red spider lily: A flower resembling the species of [insert name] was found preserved and framed in a form of a book mark, placed in the 3rd edge of the pentagon symbol (starting from top to clockwise). Questioning SCP-XXXX of this item had revealed it to have belong to a family member of SCP-XXXX, before its death, however, SCP-XXXX is unable to specify which family owned the bookmark.
A blood stained kunai4: It was initial thought to have been used by SCP-XXXX in order to perform the ritual, however, SCP-XXXX seemed to be in denial of that theory when questioned. Dried blood samples from the kunai were taken for further testing. This item was placed on the 4th edge of the pentagon.
A Japanese talisman: Was initially found with kanji written on it, translating to “Devil’s Curse”. Has shown no difference to other ordinary Japanese talisman, however, upon further investigation, the material used to make the talisman consist of thin wooden string, weaved together. The wood used show no genetic match with any known plant species. This item was placed in the 2nd edge of the pentagon.
A cinnabar gem, mounted onto a ring: The ring was found on the 5th edge of the pentagon and soaked in a small pool of mercury. SCP-XXXX was later questioned about this item5.
A diary: Records within the diary is illegible due to the extensive exposure to damp atmosphere. Test and procedures are taking place in order to recover any retrievable data. … UPDATE… Data recovered. File attached to Diary entry: Recovered data.
Addendum XXXX.01: Interaction
3 weeks after initial containment, Dr. Suzuki Tori was put in charge as head researcher of SCP-XXXX. Several interviews and tests were performed on SCP-XXXX which revealed information regarding its nature and motives. Events/incidents and interactions with SCP-XXXX has been logged and is to be informed to Dr. Suzuki if any of them were not overseen by her. The following are interview logs and incident briefings made through the various interactions with SCP-XXXX:
Interview log XXXX.01
Date: 03/04/████
Interviewed: SCP-XXXX
Interviewer: Dr. Suzuki
Foreword: The following log is taken by a body camera attached to Dr. Suzuki. Dr. Suzuki was brought into SCP-XXXX’s containment area, along with 3 security guards and a Buddhist exorcist. The line of question: It's origins, nature and anomalous abilities.
<Begin log>
(Dr. Suzuki enters the living room, followed by the Buddhist exorcist and the security guards.)
Dr. Suzuki: Hello…
Dr. Suzuki: I am doctor Suzuki Tori, I ‘ve come to ask a few questions.
(An anomalous force suddenly creates a shockwave behind Dr. Suzuki, pushing the Buddhist exorcist and the security guards out the entrance.)
Dr. Suzuki: What the- (Dr. Suzuki turns back towards the living room. A distorted figure appears, but soon clears up to reveal SCP-XXXX. SCP-XXXX is now seen hanging, upside down on the ceiling and making its way down from the wall, whilst staring at Dr. Suzuki, to the dining table and taking a seat.)
Dr. Suzuki: What- What did you just do?
SCP-XXXX: Is that what you came here to ask?
Dr. Suzuki: Wha- no, I just-
SCP-XXXX: If you are going to be coming here often, do not bring those pests with you, especially that exorcist. Its already hard enough for me to keep this house in stable condition after the last time those gunned men came here.
Dr. Suzuki: Right… (Dr, Suzuki gives a nervous response.)
(The security guards begin to bash against the door, calling out to Dr. Suzuki. She reassured her safety to the security guards and urged them to stop, as it would only provoke SCP-XXXX. Dr. Suzuki turns back and enters the living room, taking a seat, facing towards SCP-XXXX. The interview has officially begun.)
SCP-XXXX: SCP-XXXX, so that’s what you decided to call me?
Dr. Suzuki: Y-Yes, it’s the designation given to as an entity, officially contained by the foundation.
SCP-XXXX: Contained is not the word I would use in this situation. From the looks of it, you are the one who is contained within my own domain.
Dr. Suzuki: It… certainly seems so, heh… uhhhh. Anyway, coming back to the interview… I would like for you to give a brief introduction before we start with the questions.
SCP-XXXX: My name is D-$%is*u@#, that’s all I can say.[ Audio corrupted ] (It was after the interview, through Dr. Suzuki, that it was revealed to be formally known as “Daisuki”)
Dr. Suzuki: Ummm… isn’t there something more you can add to that. Perhaps a bit of background on your origin and such?
SCP-XXXX: I just told you everything I know of myself and you are sitting in my house, that should be enough information of my past.
Dr. Suzuki: Well then that leads me to my second question. If this is your house, then did you have any others who used to live with you?
SCP-XXXX: (// SCP-XXXX gives off a disgusted looking, implying that it knows the foundation has frisked through its house and knows that it use to live with multiple occupants.//) Urg, why should I say, you probably know more than enough about my relations from those items you stole from me.
Dr. Suzuki: We are currently performing numerous tests and investigations on the items we took, but it did not give us much clear information regarding the residents that use to live in this house… well, other than you of course.
SCP-XXXX: Then I shall say no more.
Dr. Suzuki: (Pause) Do you actually… remember anything of your past, or are you just against on revealing that information?
SCP-XXXX: (Shows signs of annoyance and begins to threaten Dr. Suzuki) Stress me more on this subject and I swear, there will be blood stains all over that white coat of yours.
Dr. Suzuki: …. O- ok…(//pause)) So, in regards to your abilities, were you born with them or did they manifest somewhere in your lifetime, if so, could you specify when?
SCP-XXXX: Both of those options are true… you see, I was not born “with” these supernatural ability, but rather I was born “from” these abilities… (SCP-XXXX reaches its right hand towards Dr. Suzuki and a Red spider lily begins to grow from the palm of its hand)
Dr. Suzuki: Whoa… (pause) could you be more direct with your answers?
SCP-XXXX: (Sign) My being resembles that of a cursed spirit, and spirits aren’t just “born” out of thin air now, are they?
Dr. Suzuki: So you are saying that you are some form of spiritual entity that manifested after your “physical” body died?
SCP-XXXX: You know, for a researcher, you are quite slow in the uptake.
Dr. Suzuki: How did you-… anyway, you are giving way too indirect answers, which makes it difficult for me to properly understand what exactly you are trying to convey. The speed of which I process things in my mind is not the problem here.
SCP-XXXX: So you are saying I am the problem?
Dr. Suzuki: No, I-
SCP-XXXX: You got some nerve, coming into my house without consent, taking my things without permission, questioning me on sensitive subjects and finally claiming that I am the problem in this entire conversation.
Dr. Suzuki: Well there is a reason why you are considered a “problem”. You… You killed innocent people-
SCP-XXXX: If you wish to continue this interrogation, I suggest coming in at another time. (SCP-XXXX points at Dr. Suzuki’s watch) You have exhausted your interaction time limit of the day.
<End log>
Closing statement: Dr. Suzuki was forced out of the house by SCP-XXXX. Security guards waiting outside the premises, escorted Dr. Suzuki out the containment area and the footage of the body camera was thoroughly examined. Due to SCP-XXXX’s hostile response towards arm personnel as well as religious figures, future interactions will only be conducted by a single, unarmed on-site researcher (Dr. Suzuki has been the most involved with SCP-XXXX so far).
Interviewer’s note: SCP-XXXX seemed to have implemented some sort of time limit on how long a person can interact with it. His personality and attitude during this first interview has shown that SCP-XXXX is the type to not trust anyone easily and is very easily provoked if it is forced or stressed by any means. Due to this, it is suggested that, if we want SCP-XXXX to be more cooperative and gain more information regarding its anomalous abilities and origin, we need to first develop a mutual trust between the on site personnel and the entity. If proven successful, SCP-XXXX may perhaps remove the interaction time limit and be more open to the foundation members, making it easier for containment.
However, information regarding its motive and reasoning behind its violent actions, still need to be clarified by SCP-XXXX, in-order for this to be in affect.
Interview log XXXX.02
Date: 04/04/████
Interviewed: SCP-XXXX
Interviewer: Dr. Suzuki
Foreword: Dr. Suzuki enters its containment area alone. The line of question: Reason for killing civilians.
<Begin log>
(Dr. Suzuki immediately sits on the chair she had previously sat on and calls out to SCP-XXXX. It them appeared from the ceiling of the living room, clearly annoyed, and sits down on the chair.)
SCP-XXXX: You’re back I see… why?
Dr. Suzuki: I wanted to continue where we left off…
SCP-XXXX: …fine.
Dr. Suzuki: Ill get straight to the point… why do you kill people?
SCP-XXXX: I have no choice…
Dr. Suzuki: Would you… like to elaborate?
SCP-XXXX: They were beyond from saving, once they are cursed by the onro, their lives serves no meaning. Only hatred and vengeance resides within them.
Dr. Suzuki: Onro? Are you perhaps referring to the Japanese folklore called "Cursed spirits".
SCP-XXXX: Yes, perhaps.
Dr. Suzuki: So, are these… onro entities the ones you are targeting? And not the civilians themselves?
SCP-XXXX:* You could look at it that way. My actions goes against the will of the onro. Any mortal who steps in between the wrath of the onro and my sight is bound to suffer great consequences. That includes you as well.
Dr. Suzuki: (Dr. Suzuki hesitates to respond and coughs to clear throat) So, umm, How exactly do you target an onryo. I mean, how do you know where these entities are ?
SCP-XXXX: The onryo don’t appear in many numbers. I just know where and when they appear and then I immediately go kill them.
Dr. Suzuki: That doesn’t really answer my question. How do you know where and when they appear?
SCP-XXXX: (Showing visible signs of annoyance, however, it also begins to hesitate to answer, as if it does not know how to answer the question) I just do!… I will not answer anymore than that.
Dr. Suzuki: (Dr. Suzuki stops that line of question and moves onto the next.) …So, do you find me… or rather, the foundation as a threat?
SCP-XXXX: Only if they stand in my way… in eliminating… them.
Dr. Suzuki: But why, why are you so set on killing these entities called onro.
SCP-XXXX: …That is none of your concerns.
Dr. Suzuki: Perhaps if you were more cooperative in your answers, we could possibly help you in your goals. If these “onro” entities pose a threat to humanity, it is the job of this organization, to eliminate these threats as well.
SCP-XXXX: I. Don't. Need your help. (SCP-XXXX begins to show signs of annoyance and possible hostility towards Dr. Suzuki. It attempts to remove Dr. Suzuki from the house after noticing her watch on her right hand.) I think its time for you to leave…
Dr. Suzuki: Bu-
SCP-XXXX: I SAID LEAVE! (SCP-XXXX opens its large mouth structure in its abdomen and begins to give a loud screech and roar towards Dr. Suzuki, causing her to fall back with fear. SCP-XXXX then lets out a large shockwave, opening the entrance door and pushing Dr. Suzuki outside.)
(Moments after, SCP-XXXX begins to enter a short vegetative state and then stares at Dr. Suzuki from the entrance and says the following lines:)
SCP-XXXX: Urgghh! This fucking timing! Fine!… I will not accept any help from you people but you may come and witness what truly happens to people that stands my way! Kawagoe, Saitama!
<End log>
Closing Statement: SCP-XXXX escaped containment which triggered a containment breach. MTF Nexus-1 was sent to the location told by SCP-XXXX. Dr. Suzuki was recovered, uninjured. Information regarding the so called "onro" are being thoroughly researched in order to understand the reason for SCP-XXXX's actions.
Incident XXXX.01
Date: 04/04/████
Location: Kawagoe, Saitama, Japan
Event type: Type-1
Assigned task force: MTF Nexus-1 (The Hiding Eyes)
Event:After the events of interview XXXX-02, MTF Nexus-1 followed SCP-XXXX and arrived Kawagoe city. SCP-XXXX managed to avoid the public eye and reach to a small building, presumed to be a household. MTF, undercover as public police patrol, made their way to the household, which afterwards, emitted a large screech of a woman’s voice.
MTF entered the building and searched the entire house only to find a child and a man in the corner of the dining room, covered in blood. A woman stood in the middle with a knife. One of the lieutenants remarked on the woman’s face. The woman’s skin was tainted to a grey hue, with eyes entirely colored in black. It’s face looked to be devoid of blood as wrinkles formed rapidly on the face. The woman’s facial expression resembled, what the MTF describe as, a psychopath. The woman began to wail loudly and pounce at one of the soldiers. SCP-XXXX suddenly appears and jumps down from the ceiling of the room and held the woman by the throat, lifted off the ground.
SCP-XXXX opens its large mouth structure and erects all of its teeth outwards and all four tongue appendages begin to constrict her. Red Spider lilies begin to grow on SCP-XXXX’s arms and the stems of the flower morph into spikes, stabbing the woman straight in the heart.
Then a humanoid translucent entity rises from the woman’s body, wailing and screeching in incredibly pitch, showing to be in a suffering state. SCP-XXXX grabs the entity with its, now elongated, arms and one of the tongue like appendages and start to consume it while it continues to screech in pain.
SCP-XXXX morphs back to a humanoid form and informed the MTF that it would return to its containment area.
MTF Nexus-1 was unable to take any action during the course of the event. They were now tasked to treat all witness with Class-A amnesties.
After event: SCP-XXXX returns to containment and turns into its idle state. The next conversation with SCP-XXXX and Dr. Suzuki had SCP-XXXX remarking on the event and warning the foundation of its actions.
Interview log XXXX.03
Date: 06/04/████
Interviewed: SCP-XXXX
Interviewer: Dr. Suzuki
Foreword: After the events of incident XXXX.01 , more questions arose than answers. Dr. Suzuki plans to confront SCP-XXXX regarding the now called SCP-XXXX-2 The line of question: SCP-XXXX-2. [Intended]
<Begin>
SCP-XXXX: Wasn’t a live demonstration enough to satisfy your fucking curiosity! Leave me be will you!
Dr. Suzuki: You actually gave us more questions than answers XXXX and I am here to get answers for them no matter what! Your threats and constant avoidance to our questions is no longer feasible. (Dr. Suzuki approaches SCP-XXXX and begins questioning). Now answer me, what exactly are these things you call onryo and why do you want to kill each and every one of them?
SCP-XXXX: (SCP-XXXX stares at Dr. Suzuki’s face for 2 minutes) That face….
Dr. Suzuki: Excuse me?
SCP-XXXX: Why the fuck do you have that kind of face?… Urg! AHH! (SCP-XXXX starts to be in pain and tumbles towards a table next to it and maintains posture)
Dr. Suzuki: Whoa! SCP-XXXX are you alright?!
SCP-XXXX: (SCP-XXXX gives another stare towards Dr. Suzuki) Even if i told you everything, none of it would make sense…
Dr. Suzuki: What? Tell me what? And why wouldn’t it make sense?
SCP-XXXX: (pause) Those onro… they were not meant to exist in this plain of reality. I- I let this happen…
Dr. Suzuki: What do you mean they were not meant to exist? And how is it your doing?
SCP-XXXX: (mumbles) I don’t know…
Dr. Suzuki: SCP-XXXX, I will not stop this session till you give an acceptable answer-
SCP-XXXX: I SAID I DON’T KNOW!!! Ands when have you been in control of the session time!!! (SCP-XXXX pounces towards DR. Suzuki and corners her against a wall, with its mouth structure open to full extent and the tongue appendages slowing brushing the screen of the camera)
Dr. Suzuki: (unable to move due to sudden shock)
SCP-XXXX: You… are not afraid?… That face, it pisses me off and yet… you’re still alive. Why isn’t your head in between my fingers? (SCP-XXXX falls into some kind of trance and puts its hand on Dr. Suzuki’s cheeks while she sits there, frozen in place, with no movement.). Why isn’t your blood dripping from my mouth? Why?
Dr. Suzuki: I-if I am such a nuisance, why don’t you just kill? Even in the past two times we met, you kept threatening me as if you were gonna kill me, and yet all you did was drive me away.
SCP-XXXX: (SCP-XXXX’s voice turns monotone.) I am impressed… I’ve only talked to you, like what, 3 times, and yet look at my state… I haven’t been this broken down ever since I first became like this.
Dr. Suzuki:… SCP-XXXX (Dr. Suzuki asks nervously.) why exactly do you kill the onryo.
SCP-XXXX: (Long pause.) …guilt…
Dr. Suzuki: From what? What did you do to feel like this?
SCP-XXXX: (No respond.)
Dr. Suzuki: Do you even remember how you became like this?
SCP-XXXX: … Leave… (SCP-XXXX gives a subtle response)
Dr. Suzuki: I will not leave withou-
SCP-XXXX: Please…
Dr. Suzuki: …
<End log>
Closing statement: Dr. Suzuki exits the containment area on her own accord. She claims she was unable to get any proper response from SCP-XXXX, in regards to the questions, and suspended further interview sessions for the next 3 weeks.
Interviewer’s note: The information I could gain so far from this confrontation is; that SCP-XXXX is suffering from some sort of “spiritual” amnesia, causing it to lose memory of when it was alive6, SCP-XXXX is also carrying emotions of guilt and (though not directly stated.) self hatred. Currently SCP-XXXX is unable to make of these emotions. Judging by its actions during the interview, it seemed to be conflicted with its emotions as it is unable to remember why it felt those emotions in the first place (This is highly hypothetical, but could serve as a reasonable explanation as to why it behaves the way it does.).
All further interview sessions are suspended for 3 weeks, to allow SCP-XXXX to stabilize its mind. If there were to be any more SCP-XXXX-2 occurrences, all MTF Nexus-1 teams are to support SCP-XXXX in its elimination of SCP-XXXX-2. If SCP-XXXX shows hostility towards this, MTF are to ignore its threats and continue supporting SCP-XXXX, even if it resents it. New Special containment procedures for SCP-XXXX are put into place.
Addendum XXXX.03: Cooperation
Interview log XXXX.06
Date: 01/05/████
Interviewed: SCP-XXXX
Interviewer: Dr. Suzuki
Foreword: After analysis of the items retrieved from SCP-XXXX’s house, an interview session was held shortly after, with Dr. Suzuki taking the items in bag, within containment. The line of question: The use of the items. [Intended]
<Begin>
SCP-XXXX: You are rather persistent, aren’t you?
Dr. Suzuki: If I wasn’t persistent, I wouldn’t get any answers from you at all now would I?
SCP-XXXX: That determination of yours is what irritates me the most…(SCP-XXXX points towards the bag held in Dr. Suzuki's arms) Those my things?
Dr. Suzuki: O-oh, yes, these are the items we took from your house. I actually came here to ask about them and in hopes you don't try to dodge the question like you always do. (Dr. Suzuki gives a subtle smile.)
SCP-XXXX: Just because you are "helping" me, doesn't mean I am obliged to answer all of your answers. (Before Dr. Suzuki could respond…) …But, I will try.
Dr. Suzuki: Thank you. (Dr. Suzuki puts forward the framed spider lily, the ring, the kunai and the talisman.) First, if you can remember, tell me what this bookmark was for and why it was used in a ritual.
SCP-XXXX: Its in the name isn't it, a "book"mark. Its used to mark the pages of a book so you won't lose the page… (Dr. Suzuki looked displeased with the answer.) urg, fine, I don't exactly remember what that was for, who made it or why it was used as a ritualistic item. All I can remember is that it belonged to one of my family members.
Dr. Suzuki: Your family members?
SCP-XXXX: Much like the rest of these. None of them are mine, at least, that's what I can remember.
(Due to special interaction protocol XXXX, If SCP-XXXX claims it is unable to remember something regarding the question, that line of question is to be terminated and is to be brought up 2 weeks after. This cycle continues till SCP-XXXX finally remembers the information and informs Dr. Suzuki in the nest interaction session.)
Dr. Suzuki: What about the blood stain on this kunai? Since we can't take blood samples from your body to examine, we couldn't really establish whether if it was you who used the kunai.
SCP-XXXX: That… I don't know. (SCP-XXXX acts uncomfortable and nervous.)
Dr. Suzuki: So… you don't remember anything about them, other than they belonged to your family?
SCP-XXXX: …(long pause)Must I tell everything?
Dr. Suzuki: It would certainly help us a lot in uncovering your past and also perhaps in dealing with the -2 instances.
SCP-XXXX: … Follow (SCP-XXXX stands up from its chair and walks up the stairs to the second flow and gestured Dr. Suzuki to follow it. Dr. Suzuki and SCP-XXXX enter the ritual room. SCP-XXXX takes off a plank from the floor and picks up a picture that was hidden underneath.). I hid this before those soldier people could find it…
Dr. Suzuki: This is… a picture of your family? but their faces are all scratched off and… I don't see you in it. (Dr. Suzuki then notices the part of the picture which was torn off.) oh… (The picture consisted of a mother and a father standing behind a small girl and another person which was torn off.)
SCP-XXXX: I really don't know why I did it… but this picture, it led me to believe that I am the cause of all this. These emotions of mine, what was it? guilt? …It all just made sense, but at the same time I just couldn't comprehend why I did it. This hate? was it towards me or them?
Dr. Suzuki: Calm down XXXX, perhaps if you were open like this about your emotions, more often, maybe we can help you figure it out.
SCP-XXXX: More open? (SCP-XXXX begins to tower of Dr. Suzuki and brings its head towards her own.) Listen here, this is going to be the first and final time I am ever going to be like this…(pause) you look just like her… (SCP-XXXX stares at Dr. Suzuki's face and then towards the girl in the photo)
Dr. Suzuki: Is this your sister?
SCP-XXXX: …and you sound like her… (SCP-XXXX becomes ignorant to Dr. Suzuki's presence) … Yoko…
<End log>
Closing statement: SCP-XXXX remained within the room. Dr. Suzuki was unable to question SCP-XXXX thereafter and left the containment area. Dr. Suzuki asked for the progression of the diary information recovery, done so far.
Diary entry: recovered data 1-2
The diary was sent to an examination team in a nearby site, site-36 in order to run procedures to recovering any information from the book.
12/ 10/ ████: First few data entries were recovered and was sent to Dr. Suzuki, as per request. SCP-XXXX was not allowed to view the entries as it may risk SCP-XXXX entering a distressed state.
Dear diary,
Things have not being easy after our mom died. Even 3 weeks after the funeral, dad didn't talk to us and he would always go out, late at night and come back very drunk. My brother seems to be taking this just as worse, though he looks very calm about it whenever we are eating together or just being in the same room. He would still talk to me and he tries to act as if nothing happened, but even I know that he's just as sad as I was. I brawled my eyes out during the funeral, never taking my hands off my brother.
Now the atmosphere of the room always became silent and gloomy whenever we are together. If mom was still here she would've lighten up the room with her cheerful personality and sarcastic jokes, that would always make our dad laugh. Me and Daisuki were not as amused but we still enjoyed those times… I miss her. For the past few days I could sometimes hear her voice, singing a lullaby as I fell asleep every night. It was very comforting and she kept saying that everything will be alright. But now, the voice kept saying something different, it might just be me going crazy, but even then, the voice would say in a smoothing tone…
"Protect your brother for me, ok Yoko?".
It was weird. At first I thought these were just me really missing mom, but it seemed so unnatural. I asked Daisuki if he also had strange voices in his head then he looked at me as if I was going crazy. After that he told me that I should let it go and try to forget about mom. I became angry for what he said, I mean, How could I just forget about mom?! we had a long fight after that.

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-YYYY’s is to be contained in a standard humanoid containment cell with toys and books that are to be cycled weekly.
SCP-YYYY is to be observed through security cameras, at all times, however, no more than two on site researchers are allowed to observe SCP-YYYY, and are to be cycled monthly, following a process of psychological therapy. Every two weeks, SCP-YYYY is counseled by assigned psychologist, Prof. Sylvia Hellen, who is to then submit a detailed report on SCP-YYYY’s mental condition.
In case, SCP-YYYY enters its distressed state, all audio feed to SCP-YYYY’s containment cell is to be cut off, however, the video feed should remain active during this period. After SCP-YYYY’s distressed condition has subsided, two security guards, armed with heavy assault rifles, are to be dispatched into SCP-YYYY’s containment cells along with Prof. Hellen, to appease to SCP-YYYY and reassure them that “Everything is alright”. If any personnel, who has been affected by SCP-YYYY’s ability, appears to manifest any injuries on their bodies after they have regained consciousness, security personnel are to immediately terminate them.
Description: SCP-YYYY is a mixed race with East Asian and Western heritage, aged roughly 10 years old. (Formally known as Eri Aoki). SCP-YYYY seems to be suffering from nail clubbing, on the fingers of it's hand and also shows signs of arachnodactyly[[]]A condition in which the fingers and toes are abnormally long and slender.[[]]. SCP-YYYY possesses abilities that only activates when in a state of extreme distress or remorse. During this state, It's fingers begin to morph into much longer, claw like, appendages and starts to pulsate with a magenta glow. Following the events of Addendum YYYY.X, it is advised SCP-YYYY to wear thick winter gloves on its hands at all times. if SCP-YYYY wishes to take the gloves off, it is granted with the permission of researcher, Dr. Xene. Individuals who hear or directly observe SCP-YYYY, while it is in its state of distress, will have their bodies faint on the ground and their minds will enter a psychic pocket dimension/psychosphere created by SCP-YYYY, this dimension is designated as SCP-YYYY-1.
SCP-YYYY-1 shows of an apocalyptic world, within four known locations; a small, urban city in an unknown location, a snow region, a forest, and a desolate town presumed to be Tokyo. Dead bodies, can be seen on the streets and on top of resident households. Several entities, resembling some sort of quadruped, consisting of what appears to be human flesh, skin and deformed skeletal structure, can be seen roaming through on the streets. These entities are designated under SCP-YYYY-2[[]]See through Test log YYYY.1[[]].
Following through Test log YYYY.2, Test subjects (D-Class) have reported to have witnessed several events, that had occurred within SCP-YYYY-1. These events, had been noted and confirmed by SCP-YYYY itself, to be the past memories of SCP-YYYY that had portrayed from SCP-YYYY’s mind into SCP-YYYY-1, as a form of side effect of being a psychosphere.
Following through Test log YYYY.3, If any individuals, who have fell victim to SCP-YYYY’s ability, were to spotted by an SCP-YYYY-2 entity, it will turn aggressive towards the individual and will attempt to capture them, alive. If successful in capture, SCP-YYYY-2 will restrain the individual, of movement, and bring said individual to SCP-YYYY-3[[]]An entity, taking the form of SCP-YYYY, presumed to be the subconscious of SCP-YYYY itself.[[]] . If individual was injured by SCP-YYYY-3, corresponding injuries manifest on their bodies and they will begin to morph into a SCP-YYYY-2 entity, approximately 20 minutes after regaining consciousness.
Due to the events reported from the said Test logs, it has been noted that SCP-YYYY is a being that had originated from a different universe entirely.
Addendum YYYY.1: Discovery
SCP-YYYY was first discovered by Agent Hamilton, in Britain in 13/02/2021 , after a multiple reports of identical hallucinations occurring along the River Thames were received by Foundation agents. SCP-YYYY was initially found, unconscious and floating near the river banks before being recovered by Agent Hamilton. Upon recovery, the girl regained consciousness and immediately entered to a state of panic and severe distress, leading to the agent being affected by its anomalous properties. However, SCP-YYYY remained in a state of distress for approximately 5 minutes. Due to this the agent managed to regain consciousness, without sustaining any injuries. Following this event, the agent brought the girl into foundation custody and was transferred to site-24, after further notice.
The following interview took place prior to the transfer:
Date: 13/02/2021
Interviewed: SCP-YYYY
Interviewer: Dr. Henderson
Foreword: Primary objective of this interview was to find the identity of SCP-YYYY and it’s true nature.
<Begin Log>
Dr. ████: Good afternoon, my name is Dr. Henderson and I am here to ask a few questions from you. To start off, could you please provide your name, age and place of birth.
SCP-YYYY:(SCP-YYYY hesitates)
Dr. Henderson: You don’t have to be nervous, I am simply here to ask a few things about you. If you want, we can start it slowly. First, could you give me your name?
SCP-YYYY: …I-it`s umm… Eri… Eri Aoki…
Dr. Henderson: Alright Eri, how old are you?
SCP-YYYY: …I.. am umm… 10 years old.
Dr. Henderson: Good, so, where are you from?
SCP-YYYY: ummm…(long pause)… I- am… umm…
Dr. Henderson: Take your time.
SCP-YYYY: I-I am from… uh, ████, ████…
Dr. Henderson: Could you specify a country?
SCP-YYYY: Japan…
Dr. Henderson: Hmmm… your English is awfully fluent, what school did you attend to?
SCP-YYYY: I-uhh.. don’t go to… school… I was mostly taught by my… sister and… her friend.
Dr. Henderson: Could you please give the names of your sister and this friend of hers?
SCP-YYYY: M-my sister i-is… Inoki and… her f-friend is… E-Emerald… (SCP-YYYY begins to show signs of distress)
Dr. Henderson: Is something the matter?
SCP-YYYY: N-no… n-nothing, i-it’s just… (Eyes begin to tear up)
Dr. Henderson: Did something… perhaps, happened to your sister and her friend?
SCP-YYYY:
Dr. ████: Hmm…(Whispers) How peculiar. Is this located somewhere in Japan or… some other Asian country.
SCP-YYYY: In Japan…
Dr. ████: Your English is awfully fluent for a foreigner. Which school did you attend to?
SCP-YYYY: I d-don't go to school. I mostly taught by… a friend of my sister w-when I was s-smaller.
Dr. ████: Could you please give the name of your sister and this friend?
SCP-YYYY:My sister`s name is… Inoki and her… friend is Emerald
Dr. ████: Hmm… Well, now that we have gotten the introductions away, do you know why you are here Miss Aoki?
SCP-YYYY: (Shakes head)
Dr. ████: Well, you see, one of our agents… or, shall we say, one of our friends brought you in, saying you were found unconscious, while floating near the river banks of River Thames. And… when he found you, he said something very peculiar about you. He claimed, when you regained consciousness you started… to panic, and he began to see… somethings, things that would seem unbelievable without any solid evidence of it.
SCP-YYYY: (Pause)…
Dr. ████: Miss Aoki, do you have any recollection on what happened before you went unconscious? like, perhaps, how you ended up here, in London, from all the way from Japan. Or maybe about your parents?
SCP-YYYY: My-y p-parents…(SCP-YYYY begins to feel uneasy)
Dr. ████: Yes, do you remem-
SCP-YYYY: no.. no NO!, NO!!, NO!!!
Dr. ████: Miss Aoki!!!, are you alr-
SCP-YYYY: IT WAS MY FAULT! IT WAS ALL MY FAULT! (Crying) I LET IT HAPPEN!!! (Sob) I-I CAUSED IT (Sob). B-BUT, I DIDN'T WANT THIS. I DIDN'T MEAN ANY OF THIS TO HAPPEN, B-BU-BUT-T.
Dr. ████: Miss Aoki!!!, Calm D- (Dr. ████ collapses on the floor)
SCP-YYYY: B-But (sob) I let e-everyone… die.
(Security guards enter the room…)
<End Log>
Closing Statement: After roughly 15 minutes, additional security personnel were dispatched to the interviewing room. Bodies of Dr. Hamilton and 5 other security personnel were found laying on the ground. One of the surviving security guard attempted to speak, seemingly trying to warn the other security guards about something. Before any valuable information was gained from the guard, the bodies of Dr. Hamilton, the dead and the injured security guards began to and morph into SCP-YYYY-2 entities and began attacking the other security guards. MTF was dispatched to handle the situation and afterwards, found the girl sitting in middle of the room, on a chair, curled in a ball, seemingly ignorant to what has happened around it.
The girl was hereby classified as SCP-YYYY and was transferred to site-24 and has been put under the responsibility of Dr. Clifford Xene.
Addendum YYYY.2: Interaction
After SCP-YYYY has been designated its containment within site-24, immediate containment procedures were put into place, with accordance to the information gained from the first SCP-YYYY incident that had occurred, prior to its transfer to site-24. Following which Dr. Xene provides a brief explanation to SCP-YYYY on the rules in which it has to follow during its containment.
Dr. Xene has made multiple visits to SCP-YYYY’s containment cell for “routine interactions” with SCP-YYYY, in order for SCP-YYYY to feel more comfortable and well knowing of Dr. Xene. SCP-YYYY have shown to have grown a certain affection towards Dr. Xene during these interactions.
This has made SCP-YYYY less nervous of it’s environment and has made it easier for other on-site researchers to have SCP-YYYY more cooperative with further interviews and tests.
Addendum YYYY.3: Test logs
SCP-YYYY has now being put through a series of test to further analyze and understand the truth behind SCP-YYYY-1 and the memories of SCP-YYYY portrayed within it. As it is impossible to gain a digital record of the events in SCP-YYYY-1, via video camera. D-Class personnel were used and sent to SCP-YYYY-1 by asking SCP-YYYY questions, regarding it’s past, leading to SCP-YYYY entering a distressed state. If said D-Class were to survive, they are to give a detailed report of what they observed in SCP-YYYY-1. Any resistance to do so led to a threat of termination. If D-Class was recovered with injuries, they are given 15 minutes to provide as much information as possible, before termination.
TEST LOG YYYY.1
Audio log
Date: 23/02/2021
Test Subject: D-2134
Interviewer: Dr. Xene
Foreword: D-2134 was instructed to explore the region of SCP-YYYY-1 once entered, and give a observation report on the landscape.
D-2134’s Observations:
“I was standing in middle some narrow street. The first thing I saw was the trails of blood that painted the entire edge of the road and there was a awful smell coming from the drains in the corner. The smell was almost like shit and piss but when I saw through the open gap between the drain… It wasn’t what I thought, it was way, way worse, it was filled with blood and what looked to be torn off flesh. And I… swear I saw eyeballs and broken bones floating in it! I didn’t look any longer and I started to walk down the street. I looked around and saw large two story houses on both sides of the street, but they were all looked… abandoned, not like as if they were all old and broken down. It looked as if the people who lived in the houses were trying desperately to escape their own homes”
Dr. Xene: Why do you say so?
“There were fucking bodies hanging on the windows! And there were bodies laying on front of the entrance of what looked to be their homes! They were bodies that were torn in half or something… I say this because I could only see half of it and I could clearly see blood dripping from their faces and guts splattered all over the ground… The scene was…horrifying, I ended up vomiting in the corner and my hands felt cold and sweaty all of a sudden, but I tried desperately to run away from the scene.”
“After I managed to get my shit together, I continued to go down the street. There was no alleyways or intersections that separate the road. It was just one very long road. I thought I could stay calm and just walk by… but… the number of bodies that I could see just… kept pilling up. I tried to ignore them but the smell… the damn smell was just too strong to just pass it by the nose.”
“When I thought that this road was never going to end, I finally reached it, the end of the narrow path. It led to a much larger, adjacent road, almost like a highway of some kind. And I could see the horizon much clearly. In the distance I could see some tall buildings and in the center of it I could see a tower that looked like the Tokyo tower in japan. When I looked at both sides of the large road, something was… very off. The terrain of the entire landscape didn’t make any sense… at all. On the right side of the road I saw snow, literal snow. The road just seemed to disappear into a pile of snow.”
Dr. Xene: Did you see anything further than that?
“As a matter of fact, yes! There were hills of snow and on top of them were ski resorts… but they all looked abandoned as well, and similar to what I saw in the narrow path and the households, there were dead bodies on the snowy ground. The blood from the bodies had colored the snow in red… it, it almost (D-2134 begins to hysterically laugh) looked like those flavored snow cones.”
(D-2134 calms down)
“Anyway… on the other side of the main road… led to a forest, an entire forest. It was all just… surreal, and yet it all felt so real. When I approached the forest, I felt a strong breeze blowing towards me, as if it was trying to push me away. And… Its not like I could just go to the other direction to the snow path, as well. It was too damn cold for me to even survive in! So… I decided to just cross the main road on to the other side and head towards the town in the distance. But even then, I was blocked by… I don’t know how to describe it… it was like very deep pit, actually a bottomless pit now that I think about, and it extended way towards the towns but the edge of the pit was not… normal. The side of the main road just faded into the hole. There was no sharp, clear edge. So I just stood in the clear part of it. At which point I decided to head back towards the forest path. But before I could even turn, someone pushed me! I knew it had to be a person because I saw a part of there hand before I fell into the pit… only… I didn’t “fall” in, I just… fell on my back, as if there was solid ground behind me. Which was impossible because I swear I was just standing at the edge of the hole, so I should have fallen in. But… when I stood up from the ground and brushed away the dirt that was on my back, to my surprise, I was in the damn town! The town that looked miles away, I was standing in it. I looked back and I saw the pit and in the distance I could see the highway which I was just standing on. That’s when I realized… That instead of falling into the giant hole, I just somehow teleported into the town when I fell.”
“I don’t know who pushed me, but they must’ve knew it would take me to the town. But, when I looked around… It was no different front what I saw in the narrow streets from before. Every direction I looked, it was all fucking covered in blood and bodies! I could see other cars and trucks that were all pilled in an accident in middle of the main road of the town, again, lots of dead bodies. But… something else was there with the bodies. I quickly hid behind one of the corners of the tall buildings and peeped through the edge, and… what I saw… It’s gonna haunt me in my fucking nightmares man, I can’t get that fucking image from my mind. Jesus Christ, it was all just pure carnage.”
Dr. Xene: Could you please go into further detail?
“I-I can’t man… just talking about it just… just…”
Dr. Xene: Might I remind you that I have full authority to have you terminated, if you refuse to cooperate.
“Ok, ok… I’ll talk… (D-2134 pauses to gather his thoughts). There were… these things… They looked as they were made from human flesh, but I wasn’t sure… until… I saw a fucking human skull! Just poking from the inside of there big, teeth infested mouths!. The heads of these things kept deforming and changing shape around the skulls, and some in of them just had an entire human head, like… zombies. One thing… that all of them had was… four legs, each ending with a single large claw and nothing else.”
“Those things were dragging around the human bodies and it looked like they were taking them somewhere. I didn’t follow them nor did I even thought of getting closer to get a closer look. I just slowly stepped back and just… started running for my life! I didn’t look back, I just ran towards the pit, I just running and running, as fast as I could. When I got close to the pit, I noticed something. A human figure that was standing right on the edge. I didn’t think much of it, I just kept running towards it. The more closer I got, I noticed that the human figure looked more and more like a small girl, something like… 8-10 years old. It looked almost exactly like SCP-YYYY. She was waving at me, with her hands on the air and trying to signal me something. She was screaming something at me. I couldn’t understand it, it sounded like Japanese. But even though I couldn’t understand, I knew she was telling me that… something was behind me. She kept waving and pointing towards me. I just took a glance behind, and holy fuck did it give me a heart attack. One of those things were chasing me, sprinting! It was just meters away from me. I thought I was gonna die, but I just kept running.”
“But then, suddenly, everything
Closing Statement: After testing, additional containment procedures had been implemented to SCP-YYYY's containment cell. With security cameras built in each corner of the room.
A detail report, of the SCP-YYYY-2 entities appearance had also been taken down for further research purposes. Following the test, the database, which was located in the D-Class that was assigned to view only video, had recorded a video footage within SCP-YYYY's memories, which explained the substantial damage it had sustained. Further testing on this had been considered

(STATIC)
[00:00]: D-2341 has entered SCP-YYYY’s memories. Camera footage shows D-2341 to be standing in middle of a narrow street. Blood splats, bone like shards can be seen on the sides of the street. D-2341 has also reported a stench, similar to that to human feces and rotten flesh. D-2341 attempts communication to the readers here using inbuilt ear piece/microphone on the video equipment. Communication failed.
[00:16]: D-2341 begins to walk down the path of which he was initial facing. More dismembered bodies of civilians can be seen, the more D-2341 continues down the path. In both sides of the street, resident households Can be seen, with windows open and bodies handing from them, seemingly showing a struggle to escape their own homes.
[00:24]: D-2341 spots 3 human entities, wearing what looked to be military suits resembling that of the Japanese self defense force (JSDF). The 3 soldiers were fleeing, on a adjacent, cross-section of the road, from a yet to be known entity.
[00:30]: One of the soldier, attempted to raise his gun and shoot at the entity, however, was quickly pushed down by the entity who had jumped towards him. Entity was confirmed to be SCP-YYYY-2
[00:40]: SCP-YYYY-2 entity began to rip off the soldier’s head and eat its way into the bowels of the body.
[00:55]: D-2341 fled the area, down the opposite direction. Escape from the SCP-YYYY-2 entity was successful. D-2341 soon found himself on a larger road, presumed to be the main road of the city complex. The road was filled with vehicles, seemingly clumped together in a form of traffic.
[00:55]: Multiple military styled vehicles and tanks can be seen abandoned in middle of the road. D-2341, in the corner of his vision, spotted 2 individuals running through the wreckage, appearing to be fleeing towards a forest landscape in the distance from the city.
[01:08]: One of the individual has been identified as SCP-YYYY, other individual is yet to be known, but is currently considered a civilian accompanying SCP-YYYY. D-2341 follows the individuals to the forest landscape.
[01:24]: Upon getting closer to the two individuals, the civilian, from further inspection, shown to be a 18 year old male with Japanese heritage. Researchers have considered this individual to be of potential importance to understanding the reason behind SCP-YYYY’s personality.
[01:37]: The two individuals have stopped fleeing and stands next to a river street in the forest. They stood for a long period of time with no reaction. D-2341 attempts to interact with SCP-YYYY by touching it on the shoulder.
[ Camera footage stops with static ]
[01:50]: D-2341 recovers from SCP-YYYY’s memory.
<End Log>
Closing Statement: D-2341 was further questioned on his experience within SCP-YYYY’s memory. Information gained from the footage has shown in further detail on the scale of which this apocalypse has taken place. It has also given a hint on SCP-YYYY’s relationship past.
Several test of similar foreword had been taken place in order to uncover more of the mystery behind the world in SCP-YYYY’s memories. After each test, SCP-YYYY had been slowly showing signs of depression and had demonstrated resistance to do further testing. Dr. Xene, following this iteration, had proposed, SCP-YYYY to be exposed to Class-A amnestics, as fear among the site staff, worried that any further testing would result in SCP-YYYY entering a permanent state of distress.
The proposal had been accepted by the site director of site-24

Foreword: SCP-YYYY has been treated with class-A amnestics, in attempts to erase the distressful memories of it’s past. This experiment has also been considered, an attempt to permanently neutralize SCP-YYYY.
Result: Failed
Summary:
After SCP-YYYY had been exposed to the class-A amnestics, it began to feel nauseous and could not keep balance on foot. Several minutes later, SCP-YYYY managed to stand straight, however, it entered a state of silence for roughly 10 minutes, before it started to produce mass amount of tears from it’s eyes and fell on to it’s knees. From here, SCP-YYYY had demonstrated an extreme amount of distress, never had seen before. Multiple personnel, including a D-Class (D-2645) who had been equipped with video equipment prior to the beginning of the test, had been affected by SCP-YYYY’s ability, However, the memory, the D-2645 experienced, was far different from what had been recorded before.
Closing Statement: SCP-YYYY had calm down only after approximately 40 minutes after initial testing. SCP-YYYY still retained it’s memories. Following the video log, recorded during this test, any future testing on SCP-YYYY had been permanently suspended until further notice. Video and audio logs, recorded by the affected D-2645, had been classified and restricted to only to those with Level 5 access. (See through Addendum YYYY.X)
Addendum YYYY.4: Psychology log
The following is a summary of one of the report logs given by Psychologist, Prof. Sylvia Hellen, consisting of the current mental health and behavior of SCP-YYYY since the following few weeks from the initial final test.
Date: 06/04/2021
Psychologist: Prof. Hellen
Subject: SCP-YYYY
Mental state: Stable
Summary: SCP-YYYY has been showing signs of loneliness, more often than usual. Even when interviewing SCP-YYYY on her current condition, reply is often rare and when it’s does give a reply, it would be brief and quick.
SCP-YYYY, has however, not shown any signs of distress nor depression. It would simply lay in the corner of the room, with a book, mostly a picture book, on hand and read. Any toys that were given to SCP-YYYY had remained on the table, nearly untouched. However, it would occasionally play with a packet of play doh and create sculptures, resembling that of a person.
From this, it is concluded SCP-YYYY is in a state of ignorance and denial. Trying to deny and suppress her emotions by distracting herself through small actions.
The only individual SCP-YYYY has shown a more emotional side to, is Dr. Xene.
SCP-YYYY has not reported any symptoms of headaches or any uncomfortable conditions. She claims to be satisfied with what she is given.
Addendum YYYY.5: Conclusion report
Dr. Clifford Xene:
After all the information we have gathered so far from these tests, had led us to permanently stop further tests done on SCP-YYYY, in fear that it may cause her to enter a state of long term psychological breakdown and possible XK-Class End-of-the-World Scenario.
The sole purpose of this site was to uncover and understand anomalies that are not from this world and further study on the potential risks and danger they may induce upon it. However, after what we had witnessed from the recordings taken from the attempts of neutralizing SCP-YYYY, had given us enough, to let us know, that it is best to leave SCP-YYYY in containment, without any further implications. She must never remember nor should she forget about her past. Her existence in this world had already ensured that this world is the next target for the apocalypse7. and we must accept that fact, and act in accordance to proper containment procedures for SCP-YYYY, if we ever hope to prolong the day of the apocalypse till we have the technology and a plan to deal with it for the long run.
SCP-YYYY resistance to these urges had been the primary reason to why the apocalypse hadn’t already occurred, and it is up to the foundation to ensure SCP-YYYY never succumbs to this, no matter the circumstances.
SCP-YYYY has hereby been reclassified from Euclid to Keter class object.

Addendum YYYY.X
The following incidents took place during and after the events of Test log YYYY.6. Information gained from these incidents has been classified. The 2 video logs was taken by D-2645 and one of the security cameras within SCP-YYYY containment cell. The incidents, show of two of SCP-YYYY’s unique s memories, as instead of an image of a desolate city, it shows of an event that had taken place prior to the apocalypse and after SCP-YYYY had been sent to this world.
Incident YYYY.X1
Video log
D-2645 appears to be in a room and multiple individuals, presumably in the ages of 12-14, are seen talking. Attempts of interaction with the individuals by D-2645 have so far shown no reaction and the following events are taking place as a form of footage based film. D-2645 has not made any actions and has been observing the events of the memory. (D-2645 voice has been cut off from recording)

(The following is spoken in Japanese)
Inoki: Hey Emerald, could you stop writing over my English assessment!!!
Emerald: Do you realize how many spelling and grammar errors are in this thing? not even I can barely make out what you have written. I am trying to help.
Inoki: I don’t need your help, I am an independent woman. I’ll fix my own mistakes.
Emerald: How do plan on fixing your mistakes if you can’t even recognize them. Seriously, didn’t we all come together to your house so YOU could get some assistances on your English medium?
Inoki: I never agreed on that!! You guys wanted to have a study session together, so I offered to use my room just for that. Be grateful for that, at least.
Emerald: (whispering)Oh dear god, Come on Aiko, you and everyone here knows, that the reason we came is because we knew you would be in a lot of trouble if you failed English and came to help .. if anything you should be grateful for us, well… at least to Kashi and I . Those two (points to the corner with two kids playing something in a computer) just came here to have some fun in the AC.
Inoki: Hmph! Don’t get a full of yourself just because you use to study in an international school before. Your English is not even that good!
Emerald: Excuse me, who here got straight As on his English report through out the semesters.
Kashi: Now, now let’s not start a fight. We all came here to finish all of our English assessments so we could have free time on the holidays didn’t we.
Inoki: Can it Kashi!
Emerald: (In English) Such as the youngest sister, to assert dominance, even among her friends.
Inoki: What did you say!!
Emerald: (ignores) You are the youngest among your two sisters right?
Inoki: No I am not, I have a much younger sister than me
Kashi: But isn’t she adopted
Inoki: She is, but she is still family, so it counts.
Emerald:(pauses to fix his front hair)
(SCP-YYYY begins to slowly approach Emerald and slowly stroked the back of his hair)
(Emerald swiftly grabs SCP-YYYY’s hands, out of reflex)
Emerald: Huh?
Inoki: Huh?… Hey Eri! Didn’t I tell you to stay downstairs or playoutside, you shouldn’t come inside without permission.
Emerald: (looks at Eri for the first time and down to her long, clubbing fingers) Woah…
SCP-YYYY: I-I am very sorry!
Emerald: A-ah, no, no, I am sorry. I’m very ticklish so i grabbed your hand out of pure reflex. Please don’t take it any other way!
(Emerald and SCP-YYYY are flustered)
SCP-YYYY:…
Emerald: (Pauses then makes a smug face towards Aiko) Say, Eri, would you like to rub my hair. It seems like that was what you were aiming for.
Inoki: Huh!?
Emerald: But in return, would you mind joining us in our little study session. I’ll even teach a bit of English while we are at it.
SCP-YYYY: I-is it really… alright. With me close to you
Emerald: Yeah! Come on, you can sit next to me and Kashi.
(SCP-YYYY was gestured into sitting down)
Inoki: Hold on, why does she have to be here?
Emerald: Well she seemed to want to talk to us and seemed interested in what we are doing, so I naturally invited. Why? Are you perhaps worried that she might learn English better than you?
Kashi: (Whispers to Emerald), That was a dirty move, taking advantage of her pride like that.
Emerald: Yes it was.
Inoki: (Visible frustration)
(SCP-YYYY sitting next to Emerald, was offered to rub his hair, while listening to Emerald’s teachings.

Inoki: (In Japanese) mmmmm… why do I feel irritated when I see them so lovely dovey together. I can’t even understand them half the time.
The Mother: (In Japanese) Aren’t You two already dating. I don’t think you should worry about them too much.
Emerald: Here, I got you something. (Takes out a necklace with a beautiful shell)
SCP-YYYY: Wow, thank you very much Emerald. But… can I really accept something like this?
Emerald: Think of it as a reward for studying and doing the homework I give you.

SCP-YYYY: I-It’s not trash

Closing statement: Footage was recovered the next morning during routine check up of containment cell. Research on this has proven a connection between SCP-YYYY and an anomalous inter-dimensional entity, that is using SCP-YYYY as some form of tether in order to enter worlds. Appropriate containment procedure changes have been put into place.
[[footnoteblock]]
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be contained within an air tight cell and restricted in a 6 by 6 by 6 meter faraday cage in order to prevent any damage to electronically components, near the object. SCP-XXXX should be observed at all times whether it by video feed or by onsite personnel. No electronic devices are to brought close to by 4 meters from the cage. In case SCP-XXXX begins releasing its anomalous gas, an airlock procedure is to be taken place to ensure the area of effect of the gas is limited within its cell.
SCP-XXXX-A, is to be accompanied by a designated onsite researcher at all times and must where a tracking collar. SCP-XXXX-A is currently housed within site-17. Due to SCP-XXXX-A’s cooperative nature with onsite staff, it has been granted special socializing privileges among the staff and is allowed to have access to Class 5 restricted information of the foundation. SCP-XXXX-A has been granted permission to visit SCP-YYYY’s containment cell and is allowed to be accompanied by SCP-YYYY if desired. Under no circumstance is SCP-XXXX-A allowed to make contact with SCP-035, SCP-096 and SCP-682.
Containment procedure update: Following the events of addendum-XXXX-A-1, Containment procedures for SCP-XXXX has been hereby dissolved due to unnecessary use of resources. Instead a 20 by 20 by 20 meter room has been designated for SCP-XXXX-A-1’s uses to summon SCP-XXXX. SCP-XXXX-A is strictly forbidden from summoning SCP-XXXX anywhere else within the facility. SCP-XXXX-A’s containment is now re-designated in site-19 and is only allowed to have access to site-17 and site-19, unless granted permission from the O5 council, to have access to other sites. SCP-XXXX-A’s tracking collar is now permanently revoked as following the events of addendum-XXXX-A-2.
