Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to kept in a locked container at all times at Site-██. No less than two guards are to be stationed at the containment locker. Electronics of any sorts are prohibited to be within 50 meters of SCP-XXXX. No access is to be allowed to SCP-XXXX without permission from a Level 3 or higher researcher. All networks within Site-██ are to be self contained, allowing no access to the outside world.
If an unauthorized individual gains access to SCP-XXXX and utilizes it in combination with an electronic device, that device is to be immediately destroyed along with the user.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a pair of Sony headphones 18 cm in height and 15 cm in length. It has red colored earmuffs with a black, cotton padded cushions for the head rest. The cable is 60 cm long and the headphone jack is circular in shape. When a human of any age, race or background puts on SCP-XXXX, they report hearing a silent hum even if the headphone jack isn't plugged it. However, when the headphone jack is plugged into an electronic system, the subject will immediately be rendered unconscious.
While SCP-XXXX is plugged into an electronic system, the test subject cannot regain consciousness naturally and seems to be in a comatose state. Instead, the subject appears to have been 'digitalized' into the device, gaining full control of all of it's functions. If this device is connected or has the ability to connect to networks, it is possible for the subject to travel between other devices connected within the same network. If the headphone jack is unplugged, the subject will resume consciousness and the digitalized version of them will cease to exist.
