The irresistible force

SCP-(196) Is no more than a small object that never stops moving, It has the appearance of a round flat stone made of a rough & so far indestructible material most of the time but seems to change it's shape at random for reasons still unknown. It seems to have some sort of sentience as it will actively avoid items & persons in it's path yet it doesn't seem to have any clear destination as changing it's direction doesn't seem to slow it down and it makes no attempt to correct it's course. The SCP will not stop moving and if forced to it will go through anything in front of it as we found out in our first failed attempt to contain it, but in the process we found that it can easily have it's direction changed if it's pushed from either side. we've attempted to transport the SCP by container but touching or attempting to stop the SCP will result in burns and the tearing of skin as if great friction was applied, although the stone never seems to rotate more as it just moves. At the moment we've contained the SCP by leading it to a room with a circular ring in the middle just deeper than the SCP itself (earlier attempts of a deeper ring resulted with the SCP growing and riding up the walls, causing great damage to the nearby personnel until it was out of the building in which it reverted back to it's original size) where it seems content to just ride along the walls of it's ring but we are not sure how long this will last as it's ability to change shape and size will be difficult to contain as no walls could truly hold it. We are currently conducting experiments in of which we attempt to see the extent of it's sentience & abilities as well as weather or not it has a greater destination.
