Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-YEET-1¹ is to be contained within SCP-YEET-2, which itself is to be contained within a reinforced, high-security locker on top of a plinth in the center of a large, hermetically sealed room. The room must be fitted with many lights capable of producing at least 100,000 lumens that are rigged to turn on once SCP-YEET-2 is opened. These lights are to be checked monthly for damage and response times. The deactivation of the lighting may only be approved by 3 Level 3 personnel unless it is for maintenance. SCP-YEET may not be accessed while the lighting is deactivated. Should SCP-YEET-1 escape containment, the use of high output spotlights has proven effective at deterring it from civilian populations. When handling SCP-YEET, personnel must wear airtight, biohazard suits with a private oxygen supply.

Description:
SCP-YEET-1 is a mass of black/crimson liquid with a sludge-like consistency, upon inspection of the interior of SCP-YEET-1, no specialized organs or tissues were found. SCP-YEET-1 has proven to be sentient and is capable of sensing large populations of organic life, despite the lack of sensory organs or a nervous system. Its shape is extremely versatile, allowing it to pass through holes smaller than 1mm in diameter. It has been hypothesized that SCP-YEET-1 is capable of sensing subtle vibrations in its environment. Although SCP-YEET-1 does not require food, it consumes organic matter to increase its mass, the extra matter can be reduced by directing light at it. This causes the extra mass to "evaporate" off it like steam off water and appears to cause it great pain or discomfort, however, for unknown reasons, it is impossible to reduce the volume of SCP-YEET-1 to less than 500ml. The "steam" appears to be a powerful stimulant, particularly for the amygdala, which induces excessive amounts of anxiety and fear, possibly a defense mechanism.

SCP-YEET-2 is a cube-shaped box that has 8 cm side lengths, the box is kept shut by a diamond-shaped latch. Its surface is black, extremely smooth, and appears to have red glowing lines dashing across its sides with no apparent pattern. The box's walls are approximately 8mm thick and the interior has a volume of approximately 262cm³, though the box appears to have a much larger interior when SCP-YEET-1 is being contained by it. SCP-YEET-2 can contain SCP-YEET-1's full volume even after it has gained large amounts of mass.

SCP-YEET-1 was found when it terrorized the town of █████████,████ during the evening. Several task forces were dispatched to the location in an attempt to contain the entity, they were only successful approximately 8 hours later, the entity appeared to be weaker and appeared to evaporate until it was approximately 500ml. Upon further inspection of the incident, agents tracked the entity's first appearance down to a house that was mostly destroyed and rotting from the entity’s effects². The house was investigated immediately, where SCP-YEET-2 was found in the lap of a body that was missing the upper torso, DNA tests later determined that the body belonged to ███████ D████ (for convenience, this person will now be designated as Subject YEET-1).

The following transcript is from a VHS in a seemingly abandoned hideout of a GoI of unknown name³ with a direct connection to SCP-YEET.

Camera is pointed at what appears to be a sacrificial ritual, there is an altar in the center of the room with a boy approximately eight(8) years old strapped to the altar (later determined to be ████████ D████, for convenience, this person will now be designated as Subject YEET-2).

Subject YEET-2 has many markings carved into his skin, possibly of an unknown religion, though some seem satanic in origin. His body appears to be in the early stages of hemorrhagic shock.
Unknown: Attempt 43, time is twenty-one hours.

Unknown: Post ritual notes: Our lord grows tired of our failures so we have been on edge, there will be dire consequences for us if we are not remotely successful in this attempt. The composition of the elixir is [DATA EXPUNGED].

Unknown: Begin ritual.

A man in robes enters the room, he begins speaking in an unknown language for approximately 45 minutes, Subject YEET-2 begins showing distress during the ritual as his blood begins to become darker in color.

Another man, the person talking before the ritual, enters the room with a large syringe containing a dark, liquid within.

Unknown: May hour god shower his grace upon you.

The bevel is then plunged into Subject YEET-2's abdomen and the contents of the syringe are emptied into the subject. Subject YEET-2 shows major distress towards this. Once the liquid is injected, both men vacate the room quickly.

5 minutes later, Subject YEET-2 begins screaming as a black fluid of sludge-like consistency begins leaking out of his wounds

after 10 minutes, Subject YEET-2 stops screaming, the fluid is leaking from the orifices of his face and his abdomen is extremely bloated.

Subject YEET-2's abdomen bursts, releasing what is assumed to be SCP-YEET-2 expanding from Subject YEET-2's body at a fast rate.

The camera is knocked down, there is only static, approximately 5 seconds later, the camera cuts to what is assumed to be the owner of the unknown voice.

Unknown: Post ritual log: The ritual was a failure, we are yet to break the news to our lord, he will most likely be displeased. We will return this abomination to his father, let us hope that the havoc it will cause will please our lord. As per procedure, the creature will be contained in a standard failure containment unit.

Note: Subject YEET-2 is the biological son of Subject YEET-1, it is estimated that Subject YEET-2 was missing for six months before he was returned to Subject YEET-1 as SCP-YEET-1

Note: This information is to be restricted to level 4 personnel to avoid sympathy for SCP YEET-1. Just because this creature was once an 8-year-old child does not mean that we should feel sorry for it.

Addendum: Dr Jacobs - Research Log
Subject(s): SCP YEET-2

Upon inspection of SCP-YEET-2, the chemical composition was not unlike SCP-148, the only difference is that it has additional anomalous properties, for instance, the minimum volume of SCP-YEET-1 is 500ml, but the volume of the space inside SCP-YEET-2 is only a little bit more than half that. Making SCP-YEET-2 a non-standard spacetime SCP type, this is the same for when SCP-YEET-1 has increased its mass. Not only that, but the material that SCP-YEET-2 appears to be even better than SCP-148, as it not only is unable to be corroded by anomalous or standard means, but it suppresses the destructive properties of anomalous objects or entities. This material would be a great replacement for the plating of SCP-035's containment.
