Special containment procedures: Scp-3412 is to be contained in a 8x8x8 meter cubic room. Only D-class being “fed” to Scp 3412 are allowed in the room. Scp 3412 must be kept at least 1 meter of the ground. It may only though the group when a d-class is given to it. Scp 3412 is currently held at site - -.
Description: Scp-3412 appears to be a box with a leather exterior and an interior made out of an unknown metal. SCP 3412 chemical composition is unknown. Scp 3412’s anomalous effect only begins when it is put over an object or area of space, anything caught under it will be trapped until said object is dead or stops trying. If the objects desire to escape fades away, the object will disappear to a pocket dimension. Scp 3412 is indescribable to all current means of damage. Scp 3412 shows to be sapient, and decides to do whatever it wishes in the space it’s placed over. It also could change all physical and chemical properties. If it’s held by a creature or human with an IQ of - - - - or higher, that object will have total control of Scp 3412 for - - - - -. Any research or containment experiments must be supervised by staff with level 5 or higher clearance.

Scp 3412 has been utilized to contain scp 682. Scp 682 appeared to be trapped. Scp 682 was teleported to the pocket dimension and reappeared - days later. Future containment of 682 using 3412 is being reviewed and considered.

Scp 3412 has been used to prevent the failure of the final chain keeping Scp 2317 contained. A study taking place in the coarse of - - years has shown erosion of the final chain came to a dead stop. That’s where it currently resides.

Any staff members questioning its classification will be banned from entering the site. If the box were to, say come in contact with the ground in the middle of nowhere. See it could decide weather or not to trap the area, make it disappear or in prison the world. Scp could be used for good or if another Scp comes in contact with it and exceeds the IQ requirement it would be an XK class end-of-the-world-senecio. It was tested and it could in-prison 4th dimensional beings. If it falls than it could teleport all anomalies out into the world. Further testing will occur but keep this note in mind.
