Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-XXXX is to be contained in an empty 5m steel cube containment unit that is completely sealed that is located in a fortified facility located in Greenland with guards replaced at the beginning of each month. there is to be no interaction with SCP-XXXX under any circumstance with only cameras in the room for surveillance.
The area surrounding the facility in a 15km radius is off-limits to the public with motion and thermal detectors surrounding the area. Anything that enters the area is to be detained and if possible integrated at a nearby holding facility. If they are believed to be under the influence of SCP-XXXX then they are to be terminated immediately. In the event of an assault a stationed MTF team in the area is to engage the assailants and ensure that the facility is secured.
Description
SCP-XXXX currently appears to be a female human of Caucasian descent with auburn hair, however it is believed that this is not SCP-XXXX’s true form. SCP-XXXX is incapable of speech despite having full human anatomy and is only able to communicate by forming what is suspected to be a permanent telepathic link with any sentient being so long as it was within sight.
Prior to incident XXXX-A the foundation believed that this was all SCP-XXXX was capable of and was very corporative during it's initial containment. After incident XXXX-A however it's now believed that the link SCP-XXXX forms is actually permanent is able to manipulate the target through this link including other anomalous beings that have at least a basic form of sentience but still requires being able to see the target in order to form the initial link. Those under the control of SCP-XXXX are referred to as SCP-XXXX-2 instances and will act as they usually do unless given a order from SCP-XXXX. This manipulation from SCP-XXXX has resulted in the lost of site ███. More information can be found in incident XXXX-A report.
Addendum 1: Discovery
SCP-XXXX was found during a government raid on what is believed to had been a cult though evidence found suggesting so was minimal with no occult symbols or writings found. The only items of interest found were the head wear that the cult member wore that are made from an unknown fabric, a [REDACTED] and SCP-XXXX who was found chained to ground by it's wrists. SCP-XXXX established a link with the people in the raid pleading for help and was brought to foundation.
After incident XXXX-A the foundation attempted to locate personnel who had been involved in the raid and SCP-XXXX prior to initial containment but have so far been unsuccessful.
Incident XXXX-A
The lost of site ███ was discovered when Dr ███████ who was being transferred to the site decide to go in 3 days early in order to learn the layout of the site before he transferred. Upon arriving at the site however Dr ███████ noticed a lack of security at the entrance of the site and upon further investigation discovered numerous D-class personnel and anomalous beings freely roaming the site along side other site personnel.
Dr ███████ contacted the foundation about the loss of the site and MTF squads were sent to the site to reclaim it.
Incident XXXX-A Voice Log
MTF [REDACTED] Commander: Control, this squad [REDACTED] we are beginning approaching on the facility, over.
Control: Roger [REDACTED], all squads prepare to engage

A second group of MTF were sent to the site equipped with video cameras. Upon arrival however the site had been abandoned with power turned off and no signs of the other MTFs. equipment such as weapons and food had been taken as well as the headwear that the cult members with SCP-XXXX had. Security footage from the site was however able to be recovered.
From the security footage it was discovered that personnel were being brought to SCP-XXXX. Initially only scientists and D-class personnel were going in to SCP-XXXX cell for testing. Then the scientists started bringing security and outside personnel to SCP-XXXX. Then they started taking SCP-XXXX to the other anomalous entities at the site who would then freely roam the site along with D-class. Exterior footage showed the arrival of the previous MTF squads and SCP-XXXX exiting the facility. The MTF then lowered their weapons and began approaching the facility, then video cuts off, potentially from when the power was cut.
Addendum 2: Recontainment
SCP-XXXX was able to be recaptured after it was located when SCP-XXXX and a group of 17 people with guns came under fire from the Chaos Insurgency. A MTF squad was able to force the Chaos Insurgency to retreat and capture SCP-XXXX along with the people with it.
The SCP-XXXX-2 instances that were detained and interviewed, seeming to all be normal, retaining their free will and aware of their circumstance. The only difference from their original selves was a strong desire to assist SCP-XXXX who they referred to as the "Empress" and "The Empire" though remained cooperative. Testing has been done to try and remove the effects of SCP-XXXX such as amnestics however nothing has worked and they remained loyal to SCP-XXXX.
Due to the potential of an attack from "The Empire" SCP-XXXX will be contained in a remote region of Greenland with Response forces will be on stand by at all times with Dr ███████ overseeing the facility.
