Description: [SCP - 7272 is a Caucasian male teenager around 6'4 in height with blonde hair it can manipulate space by creating dark purple portals and splitting things that would seem impossible to split such as an atom or quark. It can also do other things like shrink something without changing its mass. It most commonly uses the portals, the SCP foundation has not found a size limit for these portals.]
Addendum: [The teenager, first name Felix lives in Washington near Seattle and has provided a dilemma of whether or not the foundation should terminate it since it has an ability that makes it very difficult to contain]
