Description: SCP-4001 is a 9" by 6.5" notebook with an unremovable metal owl made of an unknown substance on the front
each page in the book is 27 lines long, The book is 4153 pages long
on the first page it says "The Wise Owl Book" and then a picture of a purely black colored lotus on the bottom
for the next 149 pages it shows the numbers, names, and pages of every SCP ever found including every SCP-███ and SCP-███, for the next 4002 pages it has every entry to each SCP ever found from SCP-███ to
SCP-400, the last page in the book says "This book was created by the Black Lotus Foundation to learn more about SCP's"
it is unknown who or what the black lotus foundation are of what they do but it can be inferred that there job is to learn about SCP's
whoever holds the book in 24 hours is know as the owner if somebody is to take the book from the owner within the 24 hours and gets 10 meters away from the owner in any direction an owl will appear in a random position and take the book from the person who took the book from the owner and bring it back to the owner if this is done three times it will summon a random keter SCP that will then murder the person who took the book with no restraint
