Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-5974 is to be locked in a 5x5x5 meter room, with 3-centimeter titanium walls. A 2x2 centimeter pipeline is placed at the top of the cell, leading to a 8-gallon tank of water. The water is to be pumped into the cell, then drained every Wednesday at 12:00PM, for washing SCP-5974. No visual security cameras are permitted in SCP-5974's cell, only thermal cameras. The containment cell of SCP-5974 is to be placed at the bottom of a 1-kilometer shaft, with high-caliber machine guns placed at the entrance.
Description:
SCP-5974 is a 5'11" entity, appearing as a teenaged boy with blue eyes and brown hair. Its looks are deceiving, however. It can run at speeds of up to 45 MPH. It has the ability to take complete and total control of any creature, alive or dead, until the creature is destroyed, or the blood is extracted from SCP-5974. SCP-5974 has extremely sharp fingers, seeming to contain no blood, only bone. SCP-5974 is extremely durable, and is almost indestructible. The only techniques known to be able to slow down SCP-5974 are high-caliber bullets. It is described as having very bad relationships with all SCPs, even SCP-999, which was recorded running away from SCP-5974 in fear. It is no longer permitted to test with any SCPs except SCP-173, as it does not contain any blood. SCP-5974 is capable of high-functioning speech, but hardly ever speaks to SCP personnel. Under no circumstances are Class-D personnel allowed to enter the cell. The only instance Class-D can interact with SCP-5974 are in controlled test. SCP-5974 was previously Euclid class, but after a full-site containment breach, was re-identified as Keter. SCP-5974 does not show up on visual cameras. Only thermal cameras, and vision.
SCP-5974: "So what do ya want from me? I told you I hate this place. What makes you think I'd tell you anything?"
Dr.█████: "Calm down 5974, you don't have to be aggressive. I just want to know a few things, that don't bother you or hurt you at all."
Foreword: SCP-5974 has been brought out of containment to a secure testing chamber, with
activated microphone and speaker.

SCP-5974: "Ok fine, whatever. What do you want to know."
Dr.█████: "Alright, question one, what do you desire that makes you seek freedom so strongly?"
SCP-5974: "Well to be quite fucking honest with you doc, I don't really even want to leave." Dr.█████: "Wait, what? You don't even want to leave? Then why have you killed multiple SCP personnel?"
SCP-5974: "I just wanna have a choice, haha. I know that I'm much safer in my containment cell. But I want to be able to be free if I chose to."
Dr.█████: "Are you kidding me? We have spent millions of dollars making sure you don't kill everyone around you, just for you to say you 'don't actually want to be free'?!"
SCP-5974, slightly agitated: "Yeah pretty much."
Dr.█████, very mad: "Do you have any idea how hard it is for us to contain you? How difficult it is? How much fear we live with just to try and survive?"
SCP-5974, visibly infuriated: "Ok now listen here, I'm not the bad guy! I'm not the people containing thousands of creatures for the hell of it!"
Foreword: At this time, SCP-5974 attempted to breach containment and kill Dr.█████, who alerted the Mobile Task Force Agents to enter the room.

Closing Statement: SCP-5974 was immediately gunned down by Mobile Task Force agents, before being transported back to its containment, before having Dr.█████s blood extracted from it. Dr.█████ requested medical attention, but sadly died from blood loss 2 hours later. The body was immediately incinerated, to insure it could not be controlled by SCP-5974.
