Item #: SCP-5353

Object Class: Safe

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5353 is to be contained on Site-06-3, in an 12-by-19 feet wide room, similarly designed to that of an average college dorm room. Inside its containment cell is a single bed, desk, shelve, TV and a separate room that is used as a bathroom.

SCP-5353 is allowed to leave his containment cell if allowed to by 05 Council or by a Researcher with Level 5 Clearance but has to be with a minimum of two guards at all times when out of Cell. SCP-5353 is always cooperative with all Foundation Staff personnel, and thus is allowed to roam free once a day for a few hours around Site-06-3, if SCP-5353 wishes to.

Description: SCP-5353 appears to be a 17-year-old Caucasian male, standing at 6 feet tall, having short blonde hair and blue eyes. SCP-5353 shows signs of high intelligence and doesn’t show any signs of dislike towards SCP Foundation personnel or having the need to escape the SCP Foundation.

SCP-5353 has the ability to disable any SCP ability and render it powerless as long as the SCP is in a > meter radius of SCP-5353. SCP-5353 also has enhanced strength, resilience and shows signs of Telepathic Abilities, which has yet to be confirmed.

Current testing shows that SCP-5353 is immune to all SCP Abilities that would affect any normal person or SCP mentally or physically, such as SCP-035 and SCP-049 powers. Although SCP-5353 looks to be around the age of 17, when some of its Tissue Cells where examined by Foundation personnel it showed that they were over the age of 60 but showed to signs of dying or having issues repairing itself. Possibly explaining SCP-5353 appearance.

SCP-5353 has a charming personality and is friendly and talk-active with any SCP personnel of all Clearance Levels. Proving that SCP-5353 doesn’t favor a person due to their rank in the SCP Foundation. SCP-5353 seems to have no intention to use its charm to manipulate Foundation personnel or acquire information regarding other SCPs.

Addendum 5353.1: Discovery

SCP-5353 appeared on Site-06-3 on the 17th of August 2019. SCP Foundation personnel reported that they had spotted a young white male walking along the corridors and exploring Site-06-3. When on Site guards when to examine and contain the spotted person. When they made contact with SCP-5353, it greeted them friendly, not resisting when Guards brought SCP-5353 to the Site-06-3 Interrogation room for questioning.

The Following Interview was conducted > minutes after SCP-5353 was captured and placed into an Interrogation Cell.

Interviewed: SCP-5353

Interviewer: Dr. Michel Barthel, Site-06-3

Foreword: Dr. Michel Barthel questioned SCP-5353 just after it was found by Site-06-3 Guards and brought to the Interrogation Room.

<Begin Log>

Dr. Barthel: Let’s start this, shall we?
SCP-5353: (Silently smiling at Dr. Barthel)
Dr. Barthel: So, who are you?

SCP-5353: (Looking at Dr Barthel curiously and humored) Just a regular person.

Dr. Barthel: A regular person?
SCP-5353: Indeed!
Dr. Barthel: It’s hard to believe that a regular person would be able to sneak into a Facility like this without getting noticed rather quickly. So I would like you to tell us how you entered this Facility.
SCP-5353: I don’t know. I just appeared here, and I was curious, so I thought I should look around. Which I did until the Guards appeared and brought me here. But I don’t really mind, to be honest. I really wanted to talk with someone that worked here, and you clearly do.
Dr. Barthel: Okay, then how about for every question I ask you, you can ask me one too?
SCP-5353: Sure, go ahead!
Dr. Barthel: (Looking inside the folder on the table) Are you human and if yes, do you remember anything before you appeared here or how you got here?
SCP-5353: I think so. I do remember some things from before I appeared here, like my name. But that’s pretty much it.
Dr. Barthel: (Starting to write in the folder) Could you tell me your name?
SCP-5353: Aiden, or at least that used to be my name before I appeared here.
Dr. Barthel: (Looking up from writing) What do you mean by “used to be”?
SCP-5353: Well, you said it yourself. A normal person would never be able to enter this facility, and I felt something the moment I came here. Something…that was not comprehensible for a normal person, that is.
Dr. Barthel: Okay…
SCP-5353: My turn!
Dr. Barthel: Ah, yes. Go ahead.
SCP-5353: What is this place?
Dr. Barthel: A place where we contain anomalies to protect the world and normal people. This place is called the SCP Foundation.
SCP-5353: SCP Foundation. Quite interesting. Well, then that would explain what I am.
Dr. Barthel: Could you explain?
SCP-5353: This is a place where you contain anomalous beings. And considering I just appeared here that would technically mean I am such a being.
Dr. Barthel: It could be that you were brought here due to an SCP, but it doesn’t mean you are an SCP yourself.
SCP-5353: It would seem that way. But you know what?
Dr. Barthel: What?
SCP-5353: (Starring at Dr Barthel with a huge, warm smile) Then why is it that I know about a certain recent event in which you lost something very precious to you, which plagues your poor little heart so very much!
Dr. Barthel: (Jumped up from his seat, staring at SCP-5353) How…how do you…
<End Log>
Closing Statement: The questioning was abruptly ended after SCP-5353 brought up a recent event in Dr Barthels life, in which Dr Barthel had lost his two children and wife in a car accident. SCP-5353 has been put into a containment cell of his liking, and further testing is to be done on his range of immunity to SCP powers and apparent Telepathic Powers. Until Further information is known about SCP-5353 is know, SCP-5353 is to be assigned the Safe Class until further notice.
