Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-XXXX-1 through 8 are to be individually stored in standard safe class vaults. SCP-XXXX instances are to be stored in their own individual sector of site-XX, designated Sector-XXXX.
Entrances to Sector-XXXX are to be set up as standard checkpoint stations. Personnel wishing to enter Sector-XXXX are to be screened for any form of medical equipment, including bandages, band-aids, eye drops, medication, medical inhalators, etc. These items are to be removed during the duration of personnel's time in Sector-XXXX and are to be stored outside of Sector-XXXX. Medical equipment is not to be brought into Sector-XXXX unless they are to be used in testing.
Emergency medical equipment such as first aid kits or emergency defibrillators are to be stored at leats twenty (20) meters away from Sector-XXXX.
Personnel susceptible to spontaneous medical emergencies requiring the immediate use of a medical device are discouraged from entering Sector-XXXX. Personnel with medical implants are not to allowed access to Sector-XXXX.
SCP-XXXX instances are not to be removed from Sector-XXXX. Any and all testing involving SCP-XXXX is to occur within Sector-XXXX.
Description:
SCP-XXXX is a form of "virus" that infects various objects that would generally to me associated with medical treatment. Objects infected with SCP-XXXX generally dangerous, behaving in ways that undermine their original intended use. Items infected with SCP-XXXX also possess a memetic effect, making anyone within close proximity to instances of SCP-XXXX to belive that they are behaving as intended, and that any effects of SCP-XXXX are normal effects of the item that they are using, evenif they are aware that it is not behaving as usual.
Currently, SCP-XXXX consists of eight (8) items traditionally used in standard medical scenarios.
