Item #: SCP-4986

Object Class: Safe Elucid

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4986 is to be kept in standard living quarters with freedom to roam the facility with at least two armed guards, and its ankles chained with steel chains that are no more that two feet apart. Guards and monitoring staff are to be stationed by the living area and all activity deviating from the daily norm is to be recorded. SCP-4986 is permitted to interact with staff. This policy should continue as long as SCP-4986 remains cooperative. Personnel interacting with SCP-4986 show a particular risk of succumbing to sympathetic or emotional attachment. Due to this effect the staff assigned to SCP-4986 should be rotated monthly.

Description: SCP-4986 is a 164.5 cm tall white European female of 13 years. It has dark indigo hair, lacks arms, and has bandages wrapped around its eyes that are to be replaced biweekly. It wears a straightjacket and a skirt that reaches down to its ankles. It appears to be human, but it refers to itself as a monstrosity. It has a relatively average IQ, and a stable persona given the circumstances. It cooperates with the staff, but expresses fear around other SCPs, especially the less humanoid ones.

SCP-4986’s anomolic dances have a variety of effects ranging from slowly healing everyone within a meter-long radius, making staff members hallucinate, to forcing staff to do her biding. It rarely uses this ability to harm, but when it does, it’s usually unintentional. It has a variety of dances that correspond to its effects. The dances range from simple to extremely complex. Most of these dances seem to be ballet dances. Recorded dances include all of the basic ballet positions, an excerpt of Swan Lake, the entirety of Le Spectre de la Rose, and The Macarena.
